Amazingly warm home located in a very central area of Petaluma. Home is filled with old-world charm and is extremely well appointed. Would stay here again!

Definitely recommend for your stay in Fairfax! Gorgeous and cozy space. Elevated amenities. Spacious outdoor areas. Walkable to town. Super peaceful-slept like a baby. Kelly was super responsive and helpful.

Miriam was the best host I’ve dealt with. The place is beautiful and in a very nice and safe area. Everything was spotless in the house when we got there. It was a very short walk to a really nice cafe. She was also very accommodating of all of our requests. Parking is a breeze. I can’t say enough good things!

We really enjoyed staying at Charlene and Joe’s house. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy meals at home. We especially loved sitting out on the deck right on the water. They are great hosts and great communicators!

This is a really special property with amazing views and great access to both the town and the beach. Matthew is an excellent communicator.

We checked in with the lockbox code provided, & kept the spare key (on a lanyard) with us during our stay. The property is clean & comfortably furnished. We met the owner & he was very nice & responsive to our needs. He also provided a nice list of activities for the area, as well as some good family games. The location was perfect, & central to a lot of popular attractions. We would definitely stay here again.

Staying here was awesome. A quick phone call with Ben, who was great, got us straightened out for the weekend. Very peaceful, clear instructions for how to use things, and the pinball is a blast!

So cute, a storybook cottage, indeed. I looked forward to every minute we spent there. We had amazing natural preserves, restaurants, and shopping to choose from - a big draw, but we looked forward to all the time relaxing in this cottage, especially in the evening.

A wonderful house to stay in for families. The house is big, lots of light and open space. Very clean and organized. It has everything you will ever need for a comfortable and peaceful stay. A 5-10 minute drive from all major supermarkets and stores. The host was very responsive and it was a pleasure staying here for our 3 day mini vacation. Thank you guys! We will be back. 😊

I had a magic few days at Lori and Mike's. I drive a VW passat and I found the drive up the mountain to be non-challenging and even very fun by the end. The hosts are cool and easy to get along with. A+ doggo. Hot tub was great. Pool was fun. I usually stay in SF when I'm in the Bay Area. This was much more lovely and relaxing, with SF close enough that going in for dinner or a show felt like it wasn't a big deal. 100% would recommend this place. I brought my cat and had my lady friend with me for a night. Everyone loved it.

This place was a dreamy- a little slice of heaven! We loved soaking up the sunshine by the pool, and the home is beautifully decorated, incredibly comfortable, and thoughtfully laid out. The neighborhood was peaceful, and the ride in and out of the city was a breeze. Great shopping nearby. Our pups came too and had a blast and loved the cool tile floors. The fully fenced yard gave me peace of mind. Thanks for such a great stay Courtney!

Beautiful place! Kids and adults alike really enjoyed the outdoor space - pool, bocce, garden. House was super clean and had plenty of space for our group. Management is very responsive to messages. We’d love to come back again!

Had an amazing stay at Gina’s house for a girls retreat weekend. The house is amazing with really good vibes! Kitchen was fantastic for cooking group meals and overall could not have asked for a better place!

Julie's place is PHENOMENAL! Absolutely ideal. My wife had her 40th birthday here and it could not have been better. Chilling in the pool with family and all the space and privacy was perfect. I can't recommend her home enough. On top of that Julie was so accommodating and responsive. We are definitely going back!

A group of lifelong friends and I meet once a year for a long weekend to catch up, decompress, and spend time together. We chose San Francisco this year and after hunting on AirBnB we stumbled across this estate on JAR Farms. The host Nikki was proactive, helpful, and responsive. We arrived on Wednesday and drove to thru the gate into a lush oasis. The pictures on the listing didn't do the property justice. We arrived at the guest house to a welcome gift of wine, local honey, and snacks. We were a group of 6 adults and the guest house was cozy yet a perfect size for a reunion of friends. We were given a tour of the property showing us the boat house/beach, grand staircase to the bay overlook, the pool house (pool and hot tub), gardens, bee hives, and the many trails on the property. The mornings we hiked Monahan Trail at the adjacent Old St. Hillary's Preserve. In the afternoons we enjoyed the hot tub and a nice bbq dinner. Perfect weekend! HIGHLY recomended. Will be returning!

Perfect spot for a long weekend stay! Comfortable with lots of natural light. A welcoming space for kids and dogs - especially appreciate the securely fenced yard. Looked exactly like the photos, and every amenity was as described.

We had a fantastic stay in Petaluma thanks to our amazing hosts, Monica and John! They were incredibly accommodating and thoughtful—going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, including providing a portable crib which was such a huge help for our family. The Airbnb was even bigger than we expected, spotlessly clean, and in the perfect location—close to everything yet peaceful and private. We felt completely at home from the moment we arrived. Without a doubt, we’ll be staying here every time we visit Petaluma. Highly recommend Monica and John’s place!

I just returned from a short stay in Fairfax and Barry's place was very sweet and cozy. As a long-term resident of Fairfax, it was a great setup overall, with walking distance to town, a warm welcome, everything pristinely clean. I didn't spend time there besides sleeping, so I had everything I needed. There is a beautiful outdoor patio that is great for sunny weather. Guests should know that they need to climb up and down a ladder to the sleeping nook, which is cozy but small. It worked for me fine, but important to note. I would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming house by the beach. The location was perfect—just a few houses away from the beach, which made it super convenient for our family. This was one of my favorite airbnbs! The host has thought of everything and made the stay feel right at home. Their hospitality was so appreciated and their local recommendations were incredibly thorough and spot on. We really enjoyed peaceful morning coffee in the backyard listening to the small stream running under the deck and birds singing, enjoying the many flavors of tea provided, and cooking meals here. They had everything we needed and then some. I can’t recommend this space enough and very close to all nearby towns and attractions. We can’t wait to come back!

I love this place so much! This is at least my third time staying here. Jeri is so great and the place is so peaceful and comfortable, in beautiful nature, right by Point Reyes Station and all my favorite hikes! I would definitely come again!

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely guest house. Really beautiful, quiet setting with a living room that looks out into the trees and a comfy couch that’s perfect to settle in with a good book. The house is very close to lots of cute towns (we visited Larkspur, Fairfax and Ross) with great restaurants and hiking trails. Our dog loved being able to walk out the front door without a leash into the fenced in yard. We’ll definitely be back!
