Die Wohnung war sehr modern und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Wohnung. Es gab währenddessen gar keine Probleme und der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Josep hat uns zuvor ebenfalls ein paar gute Tipps gegeben

El apartamento esta al lado de la playa pero te ofrece una tranquilidad que no te pueden ofrecer otros lados. La casa estaba impecable y es lo suficientemente grande como para alojar a dos personas de slbra. Y Jorge contesta rápido, te da indicaciones si asi lo necesitas y nosotros q necesitamos salir 10' despues de la hora máxima, no le puso ninguna pega. experiencia totalmente de 10

Un apartamento con todo lo necesario para una estancia corta o larga…no hemos echado en falta nada. La comunicación con Fernando perfecta. La situación muy cerca del mar, a un paseo de una playa pequeñita de grava y un poco más lejos una de arena grande… Zona tranquila y muy cuidada

Wir hatten einen absolut traumhaften Aufenthalt in dieser wunderschönen Ferienwohnung in Benidorm! Schon beim Betreten der Wohnung waren wir begeistert – alles ist lichtdurchflutet, modern eingerichtet und perfekt gepflegt. Die Aussicht vom Balkon war einfach atemberaubend und hat jeden Morgen zu einem besonderen Erlebnis gemacht. Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein: Strand, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, und dennoch ist es angenehm ruhig. Auch die Gastgeber waren unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Wir haben uns rundum wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Diese Wohnung ist ein echtes Juwel – wir kommen definitiv wieder und können sie wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

Manuel was a superb host, we arrived early and he let us leave our bags while the accommodation was being cleaned. Manuel was there at check in and greeted us with a bottle of wine and lots of cakes. He showed us around the accommodation and recommended places to go. He was very open to communication and responded very quickly. It was a little noisy at times due to being on the main thoroughfare, but nothing major. We highly recommend Manuel’s place, you will not be disappointed

Excellent Villa, in a quiet area only 15 mins from Xabia for shopping, beach and Restaurants. Well equipt villa with lots of space.

Vivienda mejor que en las fotos, habitaciones espaciosas y buenas zonas exteriores. Además cerca de la playa, se puede ir andando en Max 5 min llegas a Les Rotes. Muy recomendable.

Wonderful, stylish home, very well equipped and comfortable. We particularly enjoyed using the outdoor spaces. Great location and short walk to the beach, restaurants and a little supermarket or a short drive to the town centre.

Marina’s place was absolutely wonderful! We stayed as two families and had plenty of space for 4 adults and 3 small children. The apartment itself was immaculate and decorated to an incredibly high spec. There was ample bedding, towels, and cleaning products to feel like you were at a home from home. Marina provided travel cots for our stay which was well appreciated. Let her know if you need a high chair as there wasn’t one at the apartment, though I am sure she would provide this. The complex itself is clearly a high-end, luxury space. The facilities were top notch (gym and heated pool in October/November) and well maintained. The apartment is about a 30 minute stroll to the old town along the sea front, which was lovely. There is a Coaliment supermarket about 10 minutes away, towards the old town, which is where we did most of our shopping. There are ample places to eat and drink within moments of the apartment. Marina communicated well throughout our stay - we will be back!

Our group (including 3 couples and 2 children) stayed here comfortably with plenty of space. We just missed out on the pool heater being turned on but we still used the pool a lot. There was plenty of space to seat us all for relaxing & eating and the kitchen had everything we needed. We found the amenities in the villa very useful - a washing machine, airer, plenty of towels, cots, highchairs, baby cutlery, toys, etc. The beach is a short walk away with plenty of restaurants to choose from and the tram stops are close making it very easy to get around (at a low cost too!) and so no car was needed. All in all we had a wonderful stay and are very grateful to the hosts for being so welcoming and accommodating. 5 stars, would recommend!

Nous avons passés 15 jours formidables ! Sylvain à été très sensible à notre bien etre . Sans parler de Giles et Gisèle qui étaient la à nos côtés afin qui nous manquons de rien ! Les photos et les descriptions étaient fidèles au logement Lieu propice pour passer d agréable vacances le logement est très bien situé, paisible : 800 mètre de la mer, commerces à proximité, la très belle ville de Dénia n est qu à 15 min en voiture. Bref vous pouvez y aller !!! En tout cas nous y retournerons Herve et Delphine

Es la segunda vez que me alojo aquí. Pablo, el host, siempre tan atento. La casa está super bien equipada y la ubicación tranquila, cerca de todo e inmejorable para darse un paseo al atardecer.

queríamos un lugar tranquilo y unas vistas increíbles y cumplía con las expectativas. el apartamento era amplio y las camas cómodas. sin duda alguna, volveremos. También dar las gracias, porque otras plataformas te limitan tanto la hora de salida, que apenas te dejan recoger bien.

Our family comes to Moraira on holiday nearly every year so we know the area very well. I can say this is definitely the best place we have stayed! The location between Moraira and Portet is perfect, with each 10 minutes walk away. The villa is absolutely beautiful and has all the amenities to keep both children and adults happy. The kids loved the pool, I loved cooking on the bbq grill and having a wonderful dinner with family who visited and enjoying the fantastic sunset views. We didn’t spend a lot of time inside but when we did we appreciated the air conditioning a lot especially at night time. And a word for Maria our wonderful host: she couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful. She’d thought of everything and went the extra mile to make the holiday special for us. I’m sure we will be back!

We throughly enjoyed our stay in Attila’s fabulous apartment. It is new, spotless, well appointed and perfectly located. Attila was onsite when we arrived. We were very pleased to meet him. He was both friendly and professional. The apartment furniture was very comfortable…especially the bed and pillows. We slept really well. When visiting Benidorm, we will definitely stay in his apartment again.

El apartamento está en un sitio inmejorable, tranquilo, la piscina genial, la urbanización está muy bien, con una terraza estupenda. El apartamento está muy bien equipado, no le falta nada. Muchas gracias

Viajamos mucho con airbnb y nunca habia encontrado un piso tan limpio, comodo y ordenado como el de Juan Antonio. El piso está muy bien equipado, no falta de nada. Tiene todo lo que necesitas y más. Está muy cuidado y muy nuevo. Estuvimos como en casa. Desde el primer momento Juan Antonio estuvo atento a todo lo que pudieramos necesitar y nos dio mucha informacion sobre la zona. Muy profesional y amable. Ubicacion perfecta, cerca de la playa, supermercados, restaurantes y transporte publico. Zona muy tranquila por la noche sin ruidos. Le damos un 10 al piso y a Juan Antonio. ¡Seguro volveremos!

Excellent séjour dans une résidence paisible et très agréable. Nous y avons séjourné en famille (2 enfants 6 ans et 4 mois). La vue est juste splendide et l’appartement correspond parfaitement aux photos. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.
