El alojamiento cumplía con todo lo mencionado para una buena estancia e inclusive con accesorios para playa, por mencionar tuvimos oportunidad de visitar algunas, y en la casa se contaba con sombrillas, sillas, hielera, etc.., todo para pasar un rato agradable, sumado a que la zona es de fácil acceso y muy tranquilo por lo que se puede descansar, en base a ello me permito recomendar ampliamente el alojamiento e inclusive regresar en alguna oportunidad.

La casa de Bob esta muy bonita y muy grande, muy cómoda y además me gustó mucho que estuvimos en constante comunicación, Bob y compañía fueron muy atentos y resolvieron todas nuestras dudas, estamos muy agradecidos

Judith y Mauricio son excelentes anfitriones! Siempre estuvieron atentos! Muy amigables! Y tuvieron un súper detalle con mi hija que cumplía años! Ve verdad agradezco todas sus atenciones!

Loved this place! We recently stayed here for a dual 30th bday with 18 guests - everyone had a place to sleep and there was plenty to do! The 4 separate villas felt like little apartments and we enjoyed walking around and checking in on each other when not in the communal spaces. Even hosted a big dinner on the roof one of the evenings! Most guests were unaware of this place when we booked and thought it was STUNNING! The hill is short and manageable - most of our drivers were able to get up all the way or at least half way which was great. You can walk to anywhere in Zona Romántica from here - even the beach! The neighborhood dogs can be annoying but are unnoticeable with a group or even another person or two, so I would just grab ear buds if you’re a light sleeper. Hosts were extremely responsive and easy to work with.

This was my first visit to Puerto Vallarta and Casa Valentina was fabulous ✨ I highly recommend it for anyone planning their next vacation to PV.

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Luna. The home is centrally located within easy walking distance of restaurants and shopping. The kitchen is well appointed with some of the basics already provided. The pool was our favorite place to hang out with clean warm water and the yard was spacious and private. I would definitely go back for another stay.

El espacio es extraordinario: una casa amplia, cómoda y equipada con todo lo necesario, desde una alberca hasta terrazas ideales para relajarse. La cercanía al mar es inmejorable, y además cuenta con un área perfecta para caminar con nuestras mascotas. Viajé con mi familia y mis dos perros, y fue un lugar perfecto para todos. Lesley siempre tiene detalles especiales para todos y también para nuestras mascotas, lo cual valoramos muchísimo. Su atención y hospitalidad son excepcionales, razón por la cual decidimos regresar. ¡Definitivamente una anfitriona y un espacio altamente recomendables! This was the perfect spot to spend time catching up with family. The house is gorgeous and very spacious, and blends in perfectly with the outdoor area. The yard is lush and private with a great pool, and it's in easy walking distance to groceries, restaurants, and the beach. We couldn't have envisioned a better stay, it was perfect! Plenty of room for the 7 of us and beautifully designed. Adam, the house manager was lovely, helpful, and easy to communicate with. I would absolutely recommend this place, and we would be thrilled to stay again.

This is a stunning home in a great location. It's just at the edge of the Zona Romatica, up a hill and a little and a short walk to everything. The house itself is large, with a wonderful open area, perfect for our family group. The pool was a great temperature and size, and was sparkling without any chlorine smell. The 5 bedrooms are beautiful and large, so everyone has a comfortable place to get away. The highlight of this home was the staff. The chef is world class and the house man is exceptionally professional. Meals at this house were among the best we've ever eaten. Housekeeping was flawless. Keep in mind that the surrounding area is busy and can be noisy. The hotel across the street regularly has techno music playing with a driving bass. For the most part this was fine, but it did occasionally get annoying. Wasn't a big issue (and some days were pretty quiet), but if you are looking for peace and quiet you may want to be aware.

Mark is an excellent host, as was his concierge. Recommend!

4th Trip to Villa Delphin. There's a reason we coming back. The house is as described with incredible ocean views. We usually go in the winter and have been able to see whales everyday. What people need to understand is the place is great but what makes it truly incredible is the cook and resident housekeeper Carmela. She made us breakfast and supper every day. You just tell her what you want to eat and she goes and does the shopping, prep, cooking and clean up. She is a big part of why we keep coming back, she is a kind generous soul. This is a place to truly detach form the world. You can walk to the ocean as the house sits above the water but if you wanted to swim in the ocean I wouldn't recommend that. The pool is always a nice 85 temp. We will be back.

We had the most amazing time at Luna Azul! There were 10 women and we fit in the house perfectly. Gris and Olga were amazing, so helpful and made delicious drinks and food. The view from house was so nice, beautiful sunsets. The house is in a great neighborhood, we never had to use transportation, an easy walk to the water, restaurants, shops etc. We hope to come back again!

La casa hermosa, todo lo que ofrece y las fotos son más que verdaderas , nosotros siempre estuvimos en comunicación con Alejandra , una persona excepcional, atenta a todas nuestras peticiones, dudas y caprichos , junto con todo su equipo de trabajo ( chef , meseros , señoras de limpieza , etc ) , Ale mil gracias por todas tus atenciones , seguro volveremos muy pronto !!

Mark and his team went above and beyond for our family! I would highly recommend staying at this place and would definitely do so again. Mark was overly communicative and never did I have to ask them for information, as it was in the desire or in the messages that came leading up to the trip. Perfect place for a family, each room was its own mini suite. Plenty to do in the area, especially with the Guide that was left behind for us. Thank you Mark and Team!

Juanjo’s property was such an amazing stay! The place was just like the photos, if not even better and outdoor concept of the first floor was super cool and very picturesque. My group was able to check in a couple hours early; it was clean when we arrived and Juanjo’s groundskeepers were very helpful. We only had one issue regarding the gas being out but that was quickly remedied and we were offered a later checkout time as compensation. Could not recommend this place enough!

We loved our month and a half stay at Allan’s Villa Oasis. Previously we had stayed in Amapas, upper and lower, but Gringo Gulch makes you feel like you’re in the classic PV of Liz Taylor & Richard Burton’s day – their houses are right around the corner. Much of the Romantic Zone is every bit as accessible from this side, and Centro is just a short walk. The apartment itself is spacious and very well laid out. We spent every morning back in the pool-garden-oasis communing with the hummingbirds and other birds. The gardeners keep the flowers and tropical plants flourishing, and the housekeeper Maria, as others have commented, is a gem – efficient and unobtrusive. It was really a perfect stay.

The pictures do not do this place justice! I have stayed in many Airbnbs, but none come close to this amazing place. The house itself has so much character. The private pool and lounge chairs gave us something to look forward to every afternoon. But foremost, the two massive patios overlook the Bay and provide the most stunning views at all times. The kitchen is great and was adequate for us to hire a private chef in. FINALLY, so quick to walk into town. I’d buy this house if I could. One consideration is that there is a lot of traffic on the road below that can be a bit loud for the front two bedrooms.

We had an incredible family vacation at Ana Silvia’s, it exceeded expectations! We were visiting for our 50th birthdays with our teen and tween boy and had never visited Vallarta before. Ana Silvia was kind, proactive and gracious throughout, and helped us check in easily. The home is private, in a small gated community in Tabachines residential neighborhood, which is perfect for us as a family as we wanted to be close to shopping, cafes and other amenities like home while also being an Uber or taxi away from Zona Romantica, Malecon and beaches. The home is large, quiet, comfortable and has a rustic stately elegance. We used the pool throughout and got local lunches every day. Hidden gem! Thank you Ana Silvia!

Place is great! very spacious and clean.

We stayed for a week over Christmas. With our extended family. We felt like a part of a small PV neighborhood! The house is spacious and the kitchen is well appointed. Lots of local interesting restaurants and fantastic local Mercado with amazing fish and produce. Walkable to everything. The host was friendly, so helpful and made us feel incredibly welcome. A great place to stay for a group!

This house was amazing! The house itself is big with lots of little spots to hang out. Kitchen is large and well-stocked (there's even an Instant Pot for those who like to pressure cook). Edith and Francisco, the groundskeepers, were very helpful and friendly, and Sean was also very responsive to any questions. While we were the there the pool and hot tub heaters were not working, but they were upfront about it, and my kids didn't mind a cold pool! The pool was definitely their favorite part.

Two families with 9 people total enjoyed this stay. Great to have a bathroom for each bedroom. Beautiful surroundings, enjoyed the restaurant for one breakfast and one lunch that were top notch. Kids enjoyed all the pools and kayaks with life jackets supplied. Adults enjoyed pickleball. Only wish we would have know to grab groceries ahead of time as the restaurant doesn’t open early - and would have loved to enjoy a cup of coffee while sitting on the deck in the am. Unit does have coffee maker- we just didn’t realize things were NOT walkable. Uber is rather easy and reasonably to get places, however. Easy to communicate with owner/operator and he was quick to answer any questions and was flexible with checkin/checkout- which we very much appreciated! Highly recommend.
