This house is just steps from a public beach, 230-slip marina, parks, beaches, restaurants, bars and shopping. You can park your car and never have to drive, enjoying the scenery, shopping, swimming and dining. The TV has local channels only, no cable. Menominee is 50 miles north of the city of Green Bay on the bay of Green Bay. Door County is a 2-hour car ride and an hour boat ride across from Menominee. This is a cute 3-bedroom, 1.5 bath house in downtown Menominee on a quiet street.

You will be staying in the historic parlor of our 1869 building, offering all the modern amenities in a historic setting. The decor is contemporary and comfortable, with two Queen sized beds, an additional couch, desk&table to spread out comfortably. Located in downtown, across from Fincantieri Bay Ship, a minute walk away from bars and restaurants.

The Evergreen Cottage is one of the units at Winding River Cottages on the Menominee. There is one other cottage and one house also on the property. This cottage is directly on the Menominee River, very close to Marinette, WI/ Menominee, MI. It has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, a full kitchen with full-size stainless steel appliances (stove/oven, refrigerator, over-the-stove microwave), and a living area with a 50" TV, chair, and futon, which can convert into a full-size bed.
