Another amazing stay in the Peacock cabin! We love staying here. It’s so peaceful and relaxing. Steve and Mechelle won’t bother you as they want you to enjoy your privacy, but are always there to help in any way that you need and are super friendly! This is our third stay in a year and we will definitely be back!!

Our host had a very cozy peaceful place on big bear lake. Fishing was fun. View was beautiful. Place was very clean and nice. Kristy was very responsive when there were any questions. Our son had a blast at the lake as well. Would highly recommend going stay out here.

Our cabin on the farm was a perfect weekend getaway. Loved all the artistic touches throughout the cabin & the super comfortable queen bed. Space is well utilized and worked great for our family of four. We enjoyed the back deck, hammock room & grill, too! Steve and his wife were generous hosts offering us a few farm eggs at breakfast & free firewood for the fire pit. Cabin feels very private with a fenced personal yard and a peaceful view of cows in a pasture in the distance. Area was very quiet except for occasional farm animal noises which we loved. Close to wonderful hiking in the Bankhead National Forest & Sipsey Wilderness. Found some great trails to explore and a local swimming hole at the base of some falls from the recommendations in the hiking book in the cabin. Fabulous stay. We will definitely be coming back!.

Jennifer’s place was perfect. It exceeded our expectations . We just needed a place to pull off the interstate and sleep on our trip from Missouri to Florida but after we got there we didn’t want to leave.

Don't let the drive out there bother you, the reward is tremendous! This cottage is a wonderful place to relax and decompress! What a gorgeous location! This is where I will stay for now on in Haleyville!

We came here for Front Porch Friends at The Ramp. Location was super convenient, we were able to walk down town and also to The Ramp for all of the services. Home was accommodating and had everything you would need for a great stay.

Loved everything about this place! The lake in the back makes the most soothing sounds with an amazing view. Private entrance & all the accommodations you would need. Host was super helpful and responsive. Definitely look forward to staying again when in the area!

Loved it here! Very quiet and peaceful. Completely private country setting. Would highly recommend, and we will definitely book another stay here in the future.
