Steve was a wonderful host and his place is just amazing! The area is so picturesque - gorgeous, peaceful horse farms everywhere. The apartment was immaculate and so well-appointed. Very spacious with room to unpack and truly feel right at home. I loved the double closets in the bedroom which allowed more than enough room to unpack everything and lovely spacious bathroom (double vanities) also with great closet and storage space. The kitchen was perfect, finished with everything you might need, and the living room area was comfortable, homey and nicely decorated. I really appreciated all the special touches, lighting, amenities that made it so easy to settle in. My dog and I loved walking the property and surrounding area every day. Steve was so helpful and accommodating as I extended my stay twice and he went out of his way to be helpful. HIGHLY RECOMMEND - it's a dream spot!

I absolutely loved the location of the historical home - it was so convenient with easy parking available. The cleanliness and organization of the home truly impressed me, and the thoughtful amenities like snacks and water were a really nice touch. The check-in process was seamless, and the host was extremely responsive to any questions we had. But the highlight for me was definitely the amazing shower - it was even better than what you'd find at a 5-star hotel! We had such a great time during our stay and can't wait to come back. Thank you for providing such a wonderful experience!

Regina's place is terrific! It's clean, comfortable, and has lots of amenities. She is a great host and a lovely person. We enjoyed our visit and will come back. I highly recommend this place.

This was our third stay on their property. It was our second stay at this particular one. It's always clean. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The property and area is beautiful and peaceful. Close to major city like Gainesville but far enough from the traffic and noise. The host is amazing. They leave fresh amazing eggs from their chickens and candy that we always enjoy! They also leave some sodas and other things there for enjoyment. Their showers have nice shampoos and water flow. I would highly recommend any of their places on this property! We plan to stay again. Thank you!

What a great gem! Love the location, the BEST possible area to be! The cottage is simplistic decorated, free of clutter and you feel right at home walking in! Will definitely be back at stay here! Wonderful weekend stay in Spring Hill! Our host Michelle had great communication before, during and after our stay. The very accommodating house has plenty of room for privacy with 4 separate bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. We enjoyed the screened in garage too.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this quaint little home. It was clean, comfortable and offered everything we needed in great proximity to all of the places we were going. Maria was wonderful to work with, providing clear and concise instructions for check in and out and was also very accommodating. Great place to stay, quiet neighborhood and roomy. I had some minor issues but host quickly handled them. Would definitely recommend this space.

Unfortunately I was only able to check in due to personal circumstances. Prior to arrival the instructions on how to find the place ,how to enter was well communicated. Upon entering everything was as mentioned and described in the photos. Roomy, clean and had everything one could need to feel at home. Unfortunately, do to untimely reason and circumstances (not to any reason with the property or host) but due to what we know was to come just not at the time of my visit, I stayed near to family. Glenn was a very responsive host who Gave us some advice as we are first time AirBnB travelers. So I appreciate that in which he shared. We do look forward to returning again and utilize the space as it’s in perfect distance and accommodating to family, and close to anything else one may need. Monica is a wonderful host. She was responsive and caring during a difficult time for my family (death of a loved one). The place was in great shape and was exactly what I needed and conveniently located to where I needed to be in Ocala. Kitchen provided needed appliances, amenities and supplies where required. Bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean with necessary linens and supplies. Ample closet space if you are traveling with more than just a carryon. Note to anyone reading this - know that the bedrooms are on the top floor, so climbing stairs are required. Consider this when booking. Thank you Monica for the use of your place.

We had an incredible stay during scallop season. The location was perfect. Just a short ride to the gulf. The house was clean spacious and had all the amenities we needed for comfortable stay. Can’t wait to come back next scallops season! We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable getaway.

I absolutely love this Air BnB! I love the host! I’ve stayed here twice! I always check to see if this place is available when I book a trip to Crystal River! And I get super bummed if its booked! I really love it!! Clean, responsive, away from the hustle and bustle but definitely close enough to enjoy the springs!

Peaceful and scenic. Well-stocked kitchen and comfortable seating and bed. Hosts were very communicative and helpful. Right down the road from the marina is a huge bonus! Hope to stay again.
