Magical Rural Oast House

Salters Green Oast House is reputed be the smallest oast in Sussex where hops used to be dried for the farmer's ale. Situated down a narrow lane off the A267on a quiet and secluded 64 acre cattle farm, which you are free to explore (though the cattle currently winter nearby), it is 15 minutes from Tunbridge Wells and about 30 mins drive from Eastbourne and the wider coast. Historic villages of Rotherfield and Mayfield are 5 mins away by car with pubs, cafes and shops.

Stunning semi- rural cottage with a huge bed!

A charming self contained small barn conversion in a semi rural location. An open plan kitchen, huge bedroom and bathroom. The cottage is stylishly decorated with a mix of vintage and new. Perfectly presented picture postcard cottage, on the edge of the Ashdown Forest, the inspiration for the Winnie-The-Pooh books and 3 minutes drive to the historic village of Hartfield for the village store, Pooh Corner tea rooms, pubs and farm shop. This is a great location to explore the Kent & Sussex countryside. The spa town of Royal Tunbridge Wells is a 20 minute drive and only 45 minutes to the South Coast. We are family friendly.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
