Enjoy a comfortable stay for couples or families in the beautiful Somerset village of Brent Knoll. The barn consists of an open plan living area including a kitchenette with fridge and microwave. A twin sleeping nook - perfect for friends or little ones and a luxury master bedroom with king size bed. Enjoy walks up the Knoll and take in views across the Somerset levels. A small local shop and pub are just a short walk and local landmarks, Cheddar, Wells and Glastonbury Tor within a short drive.

Come and relax in our beautiful kingsize bedroom with own bathroom in a self contained Annex to our Somerset home near the Shapwick Moor Nature Reserve. Enjoy a delicious breakfast of warm croissants, muesli, yoghurt, fresh fruit, Orange Juice & toast (at a time if your choice between 8 - 1030 am), along with a Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, fridge and microwave. Catcott has 2 friendly local pubs (although King William is currently shut) who do great food within walking distance.

Escape to the tranquility of The Shire, our charming annexe nestled in the village of Tarnock. Located in the heart of Somerset, this cozy retreat is ideally situated for exploring the stunning countryside & nearby attractions including Cheddar, Axbridge, Glastonbury, & the Mendip Hills. The Space: The Shire is a self-contained annexe, offering privacy & comfort for your stay. The space includes a bedroom (double bed), a en-suite with shower, & a cozy living area. There is also a kitchenette .

Tiny Home in the Somerset Levels

Tucked away at the bottom of our garden, our Tiny Home is a little rustic escape from modern life. Sit on the deck and enjoy the company of friendly cows basking in the evening sun, or gaze out of the picture window spotting the wildlife. The cabin is designed so that you can reconnect with yourselves and nature (there’s no TV!) - play board games, cook up something wonderful in the kitchen, or go exploring at one of the fabulous Somerset Levels nature reserves! Hello! We are Rob and Kate and we have poured our heart and soul into our guest house. Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. Shared driveway next to main house. Not suitable for children or pets.

The Old Stables

Hidden away in a unique rural setting on the Somerset Levels.  Light, airy and cosy with log burner. Looking out of the glass frontage you will find our alpacas, goats, ponies and various poultry . Right on the edge of nature reserves this is perfect for cyclists and bird watchers. In the winter months you can witness the famous murmurations. Close to Clarks Factory Shopping Village with historic Glastonbury and Wells a short drive away. 100yards from country pub. Close to junction 23 on M5

Doris our shepherds hut

Doris our shepherd's hut is nestled in our paddock and meadow on the Somerset levels and has lovely views over neighbouring fields. It is close but not too close to our other hut Daphne and our annexe room Huberts. We are keen to encourage flora and fauna and manage the paddock accordingly. We are situated on the outskirts of a small village and the edge of the Somerset levels. We are ideally situated for sightseeing around Somerset. Daphne our other hut is also in the paddock.

The Dairy

The Dairy is a modern and spacious barn conversion in a quiet rural location with all the essential amenities for a long stay or short break. It is the perfect location to explore Somerset and the West Country by car, bike or on foot, with the beautiful Cathedral City of Wells just a 5 minute drive away or a 20 minute walk. Cheddar Gorge and Glastonbury Tor are also just a 15 minute car journey. The village pub is also within walking distance of the property.

Our annexe has been refurbished to provide a high-end environment, ideal for 2 adults to relax in. It is set in an area called the Allertons, a cluster of beautiful character villages. It is always a pleasure to stroll around. The pace is relaxed, the locals are very friendly and will direct you to the local pubs and shops if requested. The Mendip hills , Wells and Glastonbury are very near, and all offer so much for sight seekers.
