This space is sooooo chill! Lisa & Owen’s Pohutukawa Farm overlooking the sound… can’t beat it. Everything inside is spotless & QUALITY. As an Airbnb Super Host, I’m always impressed when I find new ideas or small little details to add to my listings, & this pad had me very inspired. 5 STARS everything. Beautiful hosts! This a clean, spacious, and warm place to stay and it's right on the main road into town. would have liked to stay another night but it was all booked out.

Joanne and David were very generous and kind hosts. We enjoyed their company very much - it was as if they were long lost friends. The apartment was high quality with luxurious touches. A fully functional kitchen was supported by a large range of pantry items and treats. Probably the best Airbnb bed we have ever slept in. Great wifi and television with a range of program options. We were permitted to garden forage which supplied us with a huge amount of fruit and herbs. Private parking for our car, washing machine and deck with BBQ made for a very enjoyable and memorable stay.

This is the place to be if you are visiting kaikoura - this is so relaxing, so pleasant. The house is so nice with an amazing view and so well equipped !! I really love it, Melanie

We loved staying at David’s place. Was a walk to everything we needed. Had an amazing outlook onto the water. And David and his family were so helpful. The kids loved the foosball table too. Highly recommended.

Sally was there to welcome us as we drove up the drive. Clear instructions on how to get there. Showed us around the apartment on arrival. She was lovely and friendly. Apartment was immaculate, very clean and tidy. Bedrooms had ample space, even lavender pillow spray next to the bed which I thought was a nice touch. Spectacular views of Richmond/Stoke/Tahunanui. Highly recommended this accommodation.

This beautiful home exceeded our expectations. So open and spacious and the view to the mountains was spectacular. We enjoyed the lovely bath tub and was great to have a washing machine. No wifi, no problem. We read out on the deck listening to the ducks play in the little stream. Would highly recommend 😊

A truly lovely home, it rained all weekend for us (April) but we really enjoy this home, it was warm, comfortable and modern. Super functional for a large family of six. Melissa is a great and friendly host. Would definitely stay again, thank you! ☺️

Meredith is a great host - funny, friendly, speedy responses and lots of recommendations! The house is spacious and comfy and the kitchen and bathrooms were spotless and modern. Location is great, walking distance to main street with lots of cafes/restaurants/shops. Can keep walking through town to see murals and up the hill to hiking/biking trails and views of city and harbor. Great base to explore Nelson!

Absolutely loved our stay here. It is so nice being able to walk to the city centre, great coffee at Bobby Franks and towards the waterfront the other way. We were 6 adults and all had our space comfortably with the inside and outside areas. Safe and friendly neighbourhood. Highly recommend

We absolutely loved our time here. Fantastic host and loved the house ( great view, set up, fit out of the house). Also had fantastic weather which meant we used the deck each morning for breakfast. Fantastic stay

This place had everything as listed - place was even more spacious and inviting than the photos show! Super friendly and responsive host, spotless place with plenty of room for a group booking. Went down with my family for a wedding and would stay again in a heart beat!! The morning views with your coffee in hand were a highlight!

We absolutely loved everything about staying here! It’s more like staying in a luxury hotel. I’ve rented a lot in NZ and especially in Picton. This by far the best place I’ve ever been in. The 5th floor views are mesmerizing from the kitchen, lounge , balcony and master BR. Comfy sofa with a nice TV. And the beds!! Heavenly. Even my grandkids commented on how well they slept and how much they loved the sheets. We could have spent all day watching the boats and ferries but did get out for some nice shopping and great meals. I highly recommend Oxley’s bar and restaurant downstairs. The food was great. We loved this apartment and would love to stay again! Rochelle was great.

We had a great stay. The place was clean and spacious for the two of us. The view is beautiful looking out on the harbor. Kat was lovely and responsive.

Beautiful location, was ridable to the local MTB park and walkable to the beach. Short drive to Abel Tasman as well. Highly recommend!
