Coco's Cabin

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Coco's Cabin is a small home on the Kaikoura Peninsula with amazing sea views. Watch the moon rise over the water from the comfort of the couch. And get ready for truly spectacular sunrises. If you're lucky you might even spot a humpback whale/ dolphins. A swimming beach is a short walk away, and you can drive to the town centre in 5 minutes. There is a small bedroom with a double bed/ensuite and a loft with an Ecosa sofa bed. There's no tv.

Approx 1 1/2 hours from the ferry and half way between Blenheim and Kaikoura. Divinely comfortable super king bed with quality bedding. North facing and separate to the adjacent house where we live. Escape the city and see the stars at this rural hideaway with breathtaking views. Take in the night sky whilst relaxing on the deck or view the morning sunrise from the comfort of being in bed. Located 20 minutes drive north from Nelson city, a unique converted container studio unit sits on a rural 5 acre property beside the main house. It has it's own entrance off our shared driveway. Handy to Happy Valley Adventure Park and stunning Cable Bay - a 15 minute drive down the valley.

The Lookout

Uniquely situated on a rural property that sits above Nelson and just a short drive from both Nelson Airport and Nelson City centre. Located up a winding, private, gravel driveway approx 1km from the road. 'The Lookout' is separate from our home (located at the far end of our double garage) self-contained and completely private. Our cozy unit features a private deck, queen bed, ensuite and kitchenette. Enjoy the beautiful sunsets, sea views and birdlife in the surrounding forest.

Black Mountain Rukuruku

Black Mountain is situated in the foot hills of the Kaikoura Seaward Ranges and 6km North of the Kaikoura township. The home is designed for short and long term stays, is very private and enjoys a rural aspect. Bedroom, living, dining, bath and deck all enjoy mountain and garden views and it is possible to see the ocean from the surrounds. On arrival you will find freshly some freshly prepared provisions - probably enough for a little breakfast for two on me for your first morning!

Welcome to your paradise by the beach! Our self-contained Beach Cabin is nestled above idyllic Waikawa Bay, offering the best sea views on the entire property. This rustic, cosy retreat is your perfect home away from home, just a 10-minute drive from Picton. Wake up to birdsong and enjoy your morning coffee from your private outdoor seating area, overlooking the stunning bay. The cabin is surrounded by native bush, creating a peaceful base for exploring the Marlborough Sounds.

Springcreek Studio Apartment

Kick back and relax in this calm and stylish space just an 8 minute drive from the centre of Blenheim or 10 minutes from the airport. The apartment is located in an established garden; throw open the doors and let the fresh air in or lie in bed and enjoy the birdsong. Fully self contained with everything you need to be self catering but great restaurants nearby. Hosts on site to offer suggestions for exploring the area, or further a field, but also respect your privacy.
