Absolutely beautiful place with a gorgeous view of the river. The house is one of those places that makes you feel instantly at home. Sally is an epic host, super responsive and kind.

Loved our Airbnb stay in Rotorua! So much to do and see, so we didn’t spend much time inside during the day, but was so nice to have a comfy place to come back to after full days of sightseeing. Kids also loved the spa and Disney subscription. Parents appreciated the later check out on our final day as we were in need of a sleep in! Would stay again - thank you!

Stayed for 2 nights and it was amazing, great location and neighborhood. Extremely well furnished, comfy towels and bed. I will definitely consider staying here again. Check-in was a breeze.

Very enjoyable and comfortable stay

We stayed for 10 nights whilst visiting our daughter in Taupo - it felt like home from home! Very well equipped, comfortable bed, brilliant shower and easy walk to the lakefront and local amenities. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic time at this place – super clean, comfortable, and in a great location close to the lake and town. The hosts were warm and welcoming, and everything was well set up for a relaxing getaway.

What a wonderful lake hideaway. A peaceful spot within walking distance to the charming Kinloch village. A well organised home away from home with everything you need - and so much room to just relax and unwind. We particularly loved the spacious upstairs loft area, the amazingly soft bed sheets and the peace and quiet. Thank you so much for accomodating us and for your friendly, prompt communications. Great spot in a near new property that was immaculate. At the high end of the price but per night but had everything we needed for a great weekend on the bikes in Rotorua.

Das Zimmer ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und alles da was gebraucht wird. Besonders schön war das bereitgestellte Müsli. Einziges Manko, dass im Bad keine Heizung ist. Die Nächte waren sehr kalt und damit das Bad entsprechend runter gekühlt. Ansonsten ist die Aussicht ein Traum.

Absolutely loved this place! Wished we stayed longer. Beautiful place with an outstanding view. The place is spotless and you will find everything you need. The bed and linen is very comfortable. If you have mobility restrictions this place might not be for you as you need to walk down a few steps with your luggage. Otherwise this is a dream!

I thought it was a room under the hosts house however it turned out to be a lovely stand alone unit nicely decorated comfortable bed practical kitchen and lounge with lots of sun nice view of the lake and very peaceful I would highly recommend a stay at Irene's if you are in Taupo. It's a couple of minutes drive to the local dairy Bar and restaurant with nice food. And only about 5 or 6 minutes drive to the town centre

Quiet and peaceful stay, especially after an action filled day in Rotorua. Close enough to everything yet tucked away in a quiet street. Well thought out and you have everything you need. Thank you for having us.

I had a great stay at Peter and Melanie's place. It was clean, spacious and private. Peter and Melanie were very kind and responsive. They had great recommendations for things to do in the area. I highly recommend staying here!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home ….. our hosts Marki and Chris were just wonderful and everything about the space and the surroundings was top notch. The furnishings, decor, attention to detail, lovely treats and overall vibe of the home was very special …. Walking distance to the most beautiful little bay, surrounded by nature was awesome. Would thoroughly recommend!!!

Great place to stay for our honeymoon. Suzie was a great host and even though the weather wasn’t the best, we still had a great time!

Great location very close to lakefront . Lovely view from apartment and spacious inside . Comfortable, well equipped and cozy. The mineral thermal pool was a novelty and very nice on a cold night after mountain biking .

A wonderful place to stay. The apartment was very nice and had everything we needed for a comfortable 2 night stay. Rick was amazing to deal with and very quick and clear communication. We'll definitely return soon.

Really wonderful place to stay in. The only problem was the ensuite did have a door for privacy. Great location. Great host.
