Magnifique séjour passé à la villa Koutoubia entre amis. La villa, le jardin, la piscine tout était parfait 👍 La villa est encore mieux que sur les photos. Nous avons été très bien reçu par Fatima et Abdou, je recommande leur service les yeux fermés. La communication avec Sybille a été très bonne du début à la fin. Nous avons hâte d’y revenir !

Villa magnifique directement sur le golf, donc parfait pour un séjour golfique. La cuisinière et la baby-sitter ont été absolument parfaites, ce qui a grandement rehaussé la qualité du séjour. À noter : - une voiture est indispensable pour se déplacer, n’utiliser que des transferts taxi est très vite trop cher et trop contraignant - le lotissement est malheureusement inachevé avec par endroits beaucoup de villas à l’abandon, avec juste les murs en parpaing. Donc ça peut être très laid, alors que certaines zones sont dotées de villas sublimes. - piscine non chauffée donc trop froide meme pour les enfants (nous étions prévenus) Au global un excellent séjour et un service au top!

Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable dans cette magnifique maison ,L’endroit est idéal pour se détendre ,le jardin est spacieux pour les enfants La maison est parfaitement équipé et décoré avec beaucoup de goût . Sabrina est très réactive et arrangeante car dans notre cas nous avions besoin d’un lit supplémentaire enfant . Un grand merci à Zineb, la gouvernante, qui a pris soin de nous tout au long du séjour. Ses plats typiquement marocains étaient absolument délicieux. Nous aimerions y revenir un jour

Nicolas og mest Jennifer svarte på alle våre spørsmål og vi kom til en fredelig villa som hadde egen vakt og gartner som tok vare på stedet. Vi hadde et tett sluk på badet og Muhamed ordnet det på 2 minutter etter at vi varslet ham. 👍 Villaen og bassengområdet blir vasket daglig, nye håndkler hver dag etc. Vi bestilte kokk Fuzia under hele oppholdet som laget mat til oss og maten hun lagde var helt nydelig. Alt fra frokost til lujs, snacks og middag. Siden vi dessverre ikke snakker arabisk eller fransk måtte bruke Google translate men det gikk også veldig fint. Dette er et sted jeg sterkt vil anbefale for familier som ønsker fred og ro i private omgivelser. Tips: Villaen er utenfor byen og man er helt avhengig av bil for å komme seg til og fra Marrakech så jeg anbefaler å leie bil. Alt i alt en flott opplevelse for oss og stor takk til vertene, vaktmesteren Muhamed og ikke minst kokken Fouzia!

Hôtes et collaborateurs accueillants et proactifs. Très jolie maison, 100% conforme aux photos et à la description. Bien située, malgré sa position dans le couloir aérien de Marrakech. Nous recommandons vivement !

La villa est parfaite, toutes les pièces sont très spacieuses. Les propriétaires sont très gentils, Abdelhakim et sa femme sont très réactifs, ils nous ont donnés de très bons conseils sur les restaurants à faire et les choses à faire à Marrakech. Il ne faut pas hésiter à leurs demander. Ne pas hésiter également à faire appel à Fouzia qui nous a préparer de très bons petits plats. Seul petit point qui ne peut pas être améliorer: l’exposition du soleil sur la piscine qui malheureusement est à l’ombre à partir 14h mais le soleil est présent sur les transats dans le jardin. Nous n’hésiterons pas à revenir et à conseiller cette magnifique villa à nos proches.

We booked Palm Agency Marrakech for a hen do, the place was exactly as described. Very clean and we absolutely loved the amenities we had. It is quite a distance from everything but not too hard getting into town with a cab and we loved how peaceful it was. Would certainly recommend

Lilya was a great host, so responsive and always there to help. I would recommend staying at her beautiful house, it’s a fantastic place for some winter sun. If you are looking to get into Marrakech it is quite far outside so be prepared.

We had an incredible 3-week stay with my family, and we couldn’t have been happier with our experience. The house and property are absolutely stunning—honestly even better than the pictures! The pool is big, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the warm weather, and everything is beautifully decorated, with so much attention to detail. Great Stay at this Villa, the house is spacious and the beds are very comfortable, the wifi worked well and we enjoyed the cinema room, its also close to Marrakech city center

We had the most amazing stay here! The house is absolutely stunning — even better than the photos. You can tell that so much thought, care, and heart has been poured into every detail, it’s incredibly well decorated, stylish, and welcoming. The gardens are so peaceful and beautifully kept, it was such a relaxing place to spend time. Breakfast every morning was fantastic, the football pitch was a huge hit with the kids, and the heated pool was just incredible. Honestly, this was better than any 5-star hotel we’ve stayed in. We highly, highly recommend it and would absolutely love to come back!

Beautiful villa with a view we will never forget. The images do not do it justice. It’s very peaceful and private with everything you need. Mounia cooked us a delicious meal and was always courteous and discreet. We highly recommend and will definitely rebook. Thank you for making our first trip to Essaouria so memorable.

Nous avons séjourné en famille, c’est une très très belle villa comme sur les photos si pas mieux, très belle déco. Très propre, très spacieuse. Elle est vraiment pas loin du centre et de la mer 15 minute en voiture. Ghirzlaine est très réactive. La gouvernante Milouda adorable, gentille, discrète, elle range les chambres comme si vous êtes à l’hôtel. C’est un plus très très avantageux. Elle vous prépare le petit déjeuner ainsi que des repas si vous le souhaiter. Très belle expérience, nous reviendrons très certainement.

What a lovely week we spent in Adbou's beautiful villa! The pool and garden area are even more beautiful than the photos. We went with our 3 children (1, 4,5) and they all loved the villa. It especially worked well on the hotter days (27+) as the cold water pool was really refreshing, and the villa stays very cool inside. We needed to do quite alot of super market trips into Marrakech as there really isn't any other local shops- so definitely worth getting a rental car as it's a 30, sometimes 40 minutes trip each way. Abdou and his wife cooked me and my husband a meal on one of the nights which was a real treat. The garden is so beautifully kept and very private, with eating areas etc so we spent most of our time out there. Inside the kitchen had everything we needed (although I struggled with the drip coffee machine!) and showers get nice and hot. WiFi comes in and out but worked well most days. I hope we will be able to come back again!
