The penthouse has free high-speed WiFi. You can check in yourself with codes. If you would like to explore the island of Comino by kayak, we offer kayaks for an extra charge.

Jasmine Suite

Jasmine Studio is a 1st floor studio room of our family guest house. It has an independent entrance (shared with one other guest room) up one flight of stairs from the garden and pool. We are close to Balluta Bay and all the restaurants and night life of St Julian's. You can run, walk and swim from the 5km coastal promenade. The whole island can be accessed with local bus links or a hire car to explore the northern beaches and cliff walks. You'll enjoy your stay in Malta, summer or winter!

This highly finished fully air-conditioned penthouse has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious kitchen/dining/living room fully equipped with all amenities and more including dishwasher and reverse osmosis system. Whilst being only 5 minutes away from bars, restaurants, shops, and popular beaches, one can also enjoy tranquillity in the private roof pool and deck area.

A spacious villa nestled in a quiet and peaceful area in the village of Qala in walking distance to Hondoq Bay. Large terraces commanding open countryside and sea views stretching to Comino and the island of Malta. Idyllic garden. Private Pool and spa. Large deck area with deck chairs for long hours of sunbathing. Barbeque area. All amenities. Bed linen and towels provided. Pool towels not included. AC units in all bedrooms. The AC units are powered through a coin box in the villa.

This house has been meticulously renovated from a 200 year old farm into a magnificent holiday house with modern amenities and private pool. The architecture has traditional farmhouse characteristics with many charming stone features. What was originally the mill room is now the living room with sofas and a fireplace for our winter visitors.

This new fully-detached farmhouse dates back to 500 years ago featuring enormous amounts of character and traditional Gozitan rustic architecture. Situated in the centre of a spread of meddows locally known as Il-Qabbieza (derived from the Spanish word Cabeza), and has an own private entrance with a private pool. Facing the east with a 360° view of the island
