Brand New Culver home close to Culver Academies

Welcome to our home in Culver Indiana. Our home is brand new construction with all new furnishings. This home is very close to lake Max located downtown Culver and very close to Culver Academies and near all of the downtown restaurants. We have a child that attends the Academy and purchased this home because it was so hard to find a place to stay in Culver. We wanted a beautiful place to stay and decided we would rent it out to others so they would be able to find a wonderful place to stay.

Bring a bike- lots of country roads to explore! Like fishing? The area has a dozen small to large lakes. Let this home flex as your home base for exploring or peaceful R&R.

On Pretty Lake close to Culver Academy and ND

On beautiful Pretty Lake, 11 miles from Culver, 25 Miles from University of ND. 18 hole public golf course on the west end of PL. 3 twin beds and 2 queen size beds in the bedrooms. A queen size sofa sleeper located in tv room. A new dishwasher, furnace and window air conditioners for the summer months. A kayak, 4 paddle boards, and a paddle boat are available to you. Dogs are welcome, max. 2, with a great yard to run and play. Due to liability, the speed boat and golf cart are not available.

Come stay on this regenerative farm and enjoy a quaint stay away from the hustle & bustle. The 4-bedroom house sits down a 1/2 mile lane where you will see animals grazing & hear crickets chirping on a starry evening. Sit on the back deck or have a campfire & soak in the peace & tranquility of a slower pace. Swan Lake Golf Course and Koontz Lake are two attractions within 10 minutes of your stay. Because it is a working farm, our farm hands will be on the property tending to the animals.

Washer/dryer, DISH, WiFi. 1 bedroom, 1 full bath downstairs, no stairs for either for older or special needs. 1-night weekday rental ONLY allowed in winter. Central Air + additional room units if someone wants even cooler for sleeping. Annual leader in return rentals in Culver for a reason. Affordable.

Park you boat at our private pier or just enjoy observing the wildlife, sunsets, etc. Observe the grace of great blue herons, mama ducks with their ducklings, and you may catch a glimpse of a bald eagle!

Clean, Comfortable, Updated Home just steps off of Main Street and a short walk to Cafe Max. A great home for Academy parents to stay while visiting their children. Also, a great residence to stay in if your child's team is playing a Culver team. Dogs are welcome, please no cats. $50 additional pet cleaning fee. Need the house for consecutive weekends? Let me know. Happy to be flexible with cleaning fees and unused mid-week days.
