Thank you had a wonderful “ mini- break” - everything was tip top and the flat is super clean, warm, cosy and comfortable. We were greeted by our friendly host who had provided a welcome snack of biscuits and home made cakes. He also left a supply of teas and coffee pods. If you have a car and are interested in history ( from Etruscan through Roman to Renaissance ) there are endless places to see. We are very much looking forward to coming back!

We had such a wonderful time in the apartment; the decor and location are exceptional! The donkeys are very cute, the olive oil tastes amazing, and the pool is fantastic! Especially in the summer, this place is wonderful! But you do need a car! What also surprised us was the incredibly positive communication and warmth of the owners. We left a few days earlier due to work reasons and were able to adjust our booking. We will definitely come back!

si può racchiudere tutto in una parola "FANTASTICO". ci siamo trovati benissimo e soprattutto la comunicazione con Massimo è stata fuori da ogni più rosea aspettativa. Persona splendida e disponibile sotto qualsiasi aspetto. Raramente mi è capitato di conoscere persone con queste qualità. Grazie di tutto e spero a breve di fare ancora un giro da queste parti. A presto!!!

Very spacious and airy appartment. Well heated in the winter. Great terrace with a fantastic view over the rooftops. Right in the centre, at the top, of a very hilly town!

Logement très bien situé, en centre ville, proche de toutes commodités. Un peu bruyant cependant (du monde et des mobylettes sur la place devant l'immeuble) mais c'est un peu normal en centre ville. Appartement très agréable malgré la chaleur car nous pouvons faire des courants d'air. Vincenzo est un hôte arrangeant.

Wer Ruhe, Natur und Erholung sucht, findet sie hier. Wir waren eine Woche zu dritt in dem wunderschönen Ferienhaus Molino Verde (Appartement Ginestra) und haben jeden Moment genossen. Die Wohnung, das Anwesen, der Garten im Olivenhain und der traumhaft saubere und große Pool sind unbeschreiblich schön. Haben Orte, wie Spello, Bevagna, Montefalco, Assisi, Todi und Orvieto besucht. Alles mit dem Auto einfach zu erreichen. Zum Abschluss gab es immer eine Erfrischung im Pool. Barbecue und Waschmaschine auch vorhanden. Es fehlte uns an Nichts. Sogar im Olivenöl gibt es lauschige Plätze mit Hängematten zum Entspannen. Vielen lieben Dank für die herzliche Gastfreundschaft von Nicoletta und Fabiana, die so lieb und zuvorkommend waren. Auch ein ganz herzliches Dankeschön an Saskia, die uns von der Buchung bis zum Abschied begleitet hat. Alles Liebe und Gute, a presto Familie Roth Ps. Das Olivenöl von Molino Verde schmeckt vorzüglich und wir haben gleich noch Vorrat für Zuhause mitgenommen.

Mai trovato un appartemento così fornito di ogni confort e di ogni accessorio. Era come essere a casa. Non è per niente scontato ricevere così tante attenzioni! L'appartamento è splendido, molto pulito e davvero c'è tutto ciò che occorre per uno splendido soggiorno. I dintorni sono da favola, ed è situato in una zona ben collegata ma comunque tranquilla e rilassante. Super consigliato! Peccato esserci stati solo per pochi giorni, ma spero di ritornare presto! 😄 Oltretutto le host sono super reattive e disponibili per qualsiasi esigenza/richiesta. Grazie Sara & Sere!

We loved our time at L’Assolata! It’s a beautiful spot, within close driving distance to many towns in Tuscany such as Pienza, Siena, Sarteano, and Montepulciano. It’s a bit farther away from Lucca, Volterra, and San Gimignano - so just plan for longer drives if your itinerary includes these places. It’s a serene place to both relax and explore. The views are INCREDIBLE! Even though the weather was cold and rainy a lot during our time there, we had a nice day sitting by the pool and it was the best! It’s just down the hill from the village of Radicofani. We loved walking around there and going to the bakeries and butcher shops. The cottage is clean, beautifully decorated, and just as described. Sara was very helpful! We had the best time and hope to return again someday!

È stato un vero piacere soggiornare nello splendido casale di Franco, immerso nel verde e nella tranquillità. Dal vivo è ancora più bello che in foto! Franco è stato molto disponibile e ci accolto facendoci sentire come a casa. Veramente un bel posto dove ci piacerebbe ritornare!

The perfect spot for solo or couples!! It was just what I needed after coming in from Florence and right before heading to Rome!! Highly recommend the beautiful town of Orvieto and this place!!

The perfect rustic get away. Great value for an authentic Italian countryside get away. Lovely pool and trampoline for the kids, comfortable beds and everything you needed in the kitchen, friendly host who left us home baked treats and breakfast bits and was always happy to make a recommendation or give us lemons and eggs from the garden. We can’t wait to go back!

casa vacanze "la mattonara" è un bellissimo luogo immerso nel verde a2 passi da Viterbo....bellissima la piscina, bellissimo l'appartamento,fornito di tutto ma proprio tutto per passare una vacanza tra relax e cultura...i proprietari sono fantastici.....gentili disponibili e mai invadenti....ogni mattina ci hanno coccolato con degli ottimi dolcetti fatti in casa(buonissimi)...che dire...bellissima esperienza, spero di poterci ritornare quanto prima....grazie Mauro,grazie Nadia....siete stati il top!!!!

ottimo appartamento dotato di garage sotto casa comodissimo a 5 minuti a piedi dalla porta che porta al centro storico tutto visitabile a piedi.ottima accoglienza .posizione ottima anche x girare i borghi della Tuscia.

Abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti a casa di Ilaria. La casa si trova in una zona residenziale e tranquilla di Abbadia, ma comunque vicina al centro. Abbiamo trovato l’appartamento in perfette condizioni, ordinato ed estremamente pulito, fornito di tutto il necessario per il soggiorno: prodotti per igiene personale, cucina molto fornita ed anche il necessario per la colazione oltre ad una simpatica bottiglietta da 33 cl di prosecco di benvenuto. Self check-in flessibile e semplice, host comunque presente in caso di necessità e reattiva alle nostre richieste. Tutto perfetto, Ilaria host eccezionale!

This stay was beautiful in the day, at night, and even in the rain. It’s a gorgeous location looking out at the hills and farms. Had a lovely welcome from Ulla and met Ralf walking about in their property. We were happy to have stayed here and would love to come back.

Eine sehr schöne Anlage in der Nähe des idyllischen Ortes Sorano. Gepflegte, weitläufige Anlage mit guter Parkmöglichkeit. Das Appartement ist groß und in einen Schlaf- und Wohnbereich unterteilt. Die Appartements im Untergeschoss haben eine kleine Grünfläche für den ungestörten Aufenthalt draußen. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auf Wünsche wird eingegangen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort Urlaub machen.

We had the most incredible time in Giove! Michele was so helpful before our stay, answering all of our many questions, and his parents Ornella and Marco were such wonderful hosts. Marco showed us around his art studio (he is an incredible painter) and Ornella baked us the most delicious cake! They were both friendly and helpful, but also they left us privacy and space to relax. We have to also mention the cats, who we were very sad to say goodbye to! We were 4 girls looking for a relaxing escape from London and we were so pleased we chose to stay here. We decided on the upper apartment which had the most incredible views of the area and was just a stones throw from the swimming pool. The views were incredible, the local town was beautiful and we can't recommend the place enough for a relaxing, Italian stay in the country.

Antonio is one of the best hosts we have met as he was always friendly and responsive to all our needs. The house was clean and fully equipped with everything. Neighbourhood is quiet, peaceful and always enough space to park your vehicle. Would definitely choose Antionio's place again!

This is an absolute gem just outside of Todi town centre. June and her daughter were lovely hosts and gave us a warm welcome, providing very clear instructions and a tour around the site. They even gave us a bottle of wine, biscuits and a bottle of water. We were quite late checking in (11pm) but that was no problem for them. The apartment was bigger than the pictures and very spacious. The pool was idyllic. This was a perfect place for some R&R before getting married in Todi. On our check out, June and the residents in the other apartments had planned to surprise us with confetti which was absolutely lovely. Would 100% recommend.

la casa è pulitissima e molto accogliente con una magnifica vasca idromassaggio per 2 su una vetrata panoramica dalla quale si riesce a vedere anche la famosa statua MOAI Luciana è stata gentilissima e ci ha fornito tante utili informazioni per visitare al meglio la zona. la casa è comoda e fornita di tutto perfino i caricabatterie sul comodino. Vitorchiano già bella di per se' è un ottima soluzione per visitare Bomarzo, il paese delle fiabe, Celleno e il suo borgo Fantasma tutte interessantissime tappe consigliate da Luciana sulla strada per andare a Civita di Bagnoregio, Consigli di cui abbiamo fatto tesoro e che hanno reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più interessante . consigliatissimo
