¡Nuestra estadía fue increíble! El lugar superó todas nuestras expectativas. Todo estaba impecable, ordenado y acogedor, nos sentimos como en casa, el apartamento está en un condominio con prestaciones adicionales como la pequeña piscina que se encuentra en medio de un precioso jardín, no querrás perder la oportunidad para relajarte en él mientras cae la tarde y el sol ilumina suavemente sus alrededores, la ubicación es privilegiada contando con restaurantes y actividad nocturna muy amena en las inmediaciones, se encuentra muy cerca de vías principales y a 30 minutos del Aeropuerto. Sin duda, un lugar para quienes buscan un hospedaje que haga la diferencia en Nicaragua. ¡Los recomiendo totalmente y nos quedamos deseosos de repetir 100 veces más la experiencia!!

The place was exactly what I needed. I was coming to Nicaragua to look at properties in Aposentillo and didn’t want to drive at night. The location was perfect on the west side of town so I didn’t have much traffic heading west in the morning. The place is clean and Maritza was very accommodations.

Hey there! Just wanted to share that we had an incredible stay at Kodu apartments a couple of weeks back. The receptionist was super responsive and the house cleaners were exceptional. The place was spotless, and whenever we needed anything, it was taken care of right away. We stayed there for 8 days, and I really appreciated the security presence at the entrance. Compared to our previous stay elsewhere, Kodu Airbnb exceeded all my expectations. Our group of 5 had plenty of space with one bedroom having 2 beds and the other with one bed. The AC worked amazingly well, especially with the hot weather in Managua. Definitely planning on going back! I'd rate it a solid 10 out of 10.

Me encantó mi estancia en Kodu Apartments. El lugar es limpio, moderno, bien equipado, y las instalaciones como la piscina y el gimnasio están en excelente estado. La ubicación es conveniente y segura, con fácil acceso a todo. Además, las instalaciones están en perfecto estado. Sin duda, volvería a hospedarme aquí.

This place is awesome! Stayed there twice and always had a great experience and just walk down the street and have all kinds of kinds of restaurants.

We had a wonderful stay with Kodu! This is my third stay here in Nicaragua and they having been excellent. The team was professional, efficient, very responsive and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them. The location is perfect, with a variety of activities and options very close to the apartments . We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We recommend (Kodu) and their property highly enough, their service is excellent.

Amazing Stay I booked this Airbnb for my mom and grandmother, and it exceeded all expectations! The place was spotlessly clean, and the staff went above and beyond to make their stay comfortable. They were incredibly sweet to my grandmother and even helped her get upstairs, which meant so much to us.

We were so happy with our stay here. The entire staff was so friendly and helpful. The groundskeeper did such an amazing job keeping the area beautiful and an extremely clean pool which we enjoyed daily. The host and cleaning staff were friendly, responsive and helpful the entire time, even through the holidays. We will definitely be back to this location, this is our #1 pick in the city. Close to everything you need and a wonderful place to enjoy. Thank you Kodu staff and security!!!

Habitación bonita y limpia, una cocina completa, jardín, me gustó mucho. Mi única queja es que necesitan un timbre en la verja para poder avisar cuando estés afuera. Gracias por todo!! Volvería a quedarme si me encontrara de vuelta en Managua.

Buena atención. Fácil de encontrar, el taxi cuesta 80 córdobas hasta la UCA.
