This place is perfect for people who want to explore Bicol. Not to mention: Cool, clean, and transportation-friendly as well. Definitely recommend!

It was a non-contact check-in and the instructions were very easy to follow. The host sent all the info I needed prior to check-in. Upon entering the property, it gave a sense of security. The place was clean and organized. Clean linens and the towels felt new. There’s even a sealed 25L water container! All the needed appliances were there and there’s Disney+ which my kids really enjoyed. The place is very accessible because it’s in the city center. Pacific Mall, Ayala, LCC and churches are walking distances. There’s even a bank right across the street and a to-go fried chicken joint below the building. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The host was very accommodating and responded in a timely manner. We would love to say there again next time we’re in Legazpi!

Very near to airport and accessible to all the area in masbate city..

La Playa is located within residential area, medyo papasok ung lugar. pero 10 mins walk lang pqpuntang National highway, where u can see the magnificent view of Mayon Volcano. Clean ung place, kaso walang elevator, so hinde pwede kapag may senior citizen kayong kasama.

Our family lives very comfortably. The rooms are clean and tidy, with a kitchen for cooking and within walking distance of SM and the SITEX. When they left, took us to the SITEX. That's very sweet.

We had a great stay at Michelle’s. Very convenient was the available car parking in front of the unit. Internet was stable. The bigger bed room has a split air conditioner which was working fine. we had a wonderful stay at this place. the space was incredibly cozy, clean, and well-maintained. the ambiance made us feel right at home, and the host was very accommodating and responsive. the location was also great, quiet yet convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions.

A place to be when in Masbate and glad to have found this place. First it’s private, located at the second floor at the fanily house. It has it’s own stairs. Good internet connectivity at 60mbps, I was able to work remotely with no issues at all. Split time AC which is cooler. Next, felt like home as an extended family. Jolene her sister and her family provided all you needed with fruits, coffee, hot water, and snacks, also loved their homemade Pao. Appreciate their generosity. A plus factor for me is the location, easy to find and my workstation is right in front of the Airport runway so you gotta see to sunrise and sunset. Also want to note that water supply is on and off but they have big water container so all good! Given a chance I will book this place again should I visit Masbate City.

Good decent spot for a story-stay in Albay. Wifi worked great for video calls. AC in the bedroom was cold. Rooftop with volcano view was great Separate toilet and shower Good kitchen supplies (plates, stove, rice cooker) 5-10 minute walk to places to eat 10-15 minute walk to jeepneys

We had an amazing stay! Everything in the listing was provided, but the place was actually way better in person than we expected. It’s perfect for big groups, and we really appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, which allowed us to cook dinner for our small gathering. The space was clean and comfortable. The stay was comfortable, hassle-free, and enjoyable. Would definitely book again!
