If you’re looking to get away from it all, this is the perfect opportunity. This cottage will allow you to enjoy a no stress vacation. We had 7 over 60 women in in our group. It is a large place with tons of beds. All stairs had railings on them. Bathrooms did not have railings which made it difficult for some of us. Also there was no outside lighting which made it difficult for some of us. The lake was nice to swim in and the large umbrella near the beach was very nice to have. We enjoyed a beautiful campfire. Al in all it’s a perfect place for a vacation but might need a few tweaks for seniors 😀

I’ve stayed at Shane and Lil’ P’s place a couple of times now. It’s well-apportioned and set up for gatherings. Plenty of space to mingle, large dining tables, a bevy of cocktail glasses, accommodating back yard, great modern kitchen with island. Interior is real pretty with nice wood and old Victorian feel. Easy walk to pretty much anyplace you want to go (except maybe the grocery store), including the shore. Nestled in downtown, but residential and quiet just the same. Shane was responsive to my trifling needs and took care of them quickly. I like staying here and you will too.

We had an incredible time at this beautiful lakefront home! The property is spacious, impeccably clean, and has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The host was exceptional—responsive, accommodating, and genuinely made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The location is perfect, offering breathtaking views of the lake and plenty of activities right at your doorstep. Whether we were fishing or just relaxing by the water, there was no shortage of things to do. The house itself is thoughtfully designed with plenty of space for everyone to unwind, and the attention to detail made it feel like a true home away from home. This is a great spot - right across the street from the beach, breakwall, a mini-golf course, and skatepark! Short walk to downtown as well. Everything was clean and straight forward.

The house was very clean, comfortable & fairly spacious. The beds were very comfortable as well. All items in house worked fine and parking was great. Price was appropriate for the area. Very close to beach.

This place was great! Everything was clean and as described. The pool was accessible and the location (across from the beach and just west of downtown) was perfect.

This place was very nice. Right across from the beach and walkable to downtown. It was very clean. So nice that they brought back an old motel into a nice place to stay. The bed was very comfortable and it was perfect for our one night stay. Would recommend.

Our stay at the little yellow cottage was the peaceful retreat we were looking for. Cute, quirky and fun little place with all the essentials. Restful and still close to the busy happenings of Ludington. Erica was proactive and any questions that came to mind were found in the listing.

This house is in a great location for fishing, kayaking and then crossing the street to enjoy the beach at Lake Michigan. The house is very comfortable and well stocked! We would love to visit again!

Absolutely beautiful home!! Home was clean and well layed out. We had 4 adults and 4 kids there was plenty of room. We really enjoyed the beach during our stay! We would definitely stay here again!

What a great place to stay! We enjoyed the location, the home and of course the closeness to the outlet where our small children enjoyed the warmer, shallower water. This was our second time to this area and it just fits our needs so perfectly. The home was clean and had all the essentials for our few days away! Would recommend to anyone wanting to visit!
