Amanda’s place is beautifully decorated, comfortable, has everything one needs with views and paths that lead to the Llano River. I went with 3 girlfriends and we decided to make it an annual trip we enjoyed our stay so much. Highly recommended!

No words can describe the beauty of the place. JT and Iris are amazing hosts and are taking amazing care of the Casitas. I would recommend the Casitas to Bachelors, Couples and Families. It’s a perfect place for all age groups since there is enough entertainment for everyone. There is a huge common space that can accommodate more than 50 people and it has a pool table , shuffleboard , darts , bar ,etc. 🎱 Night sky is dark, you can spot major constellations easily…. 🌌🌠 To give an example about how amazing JT and Iris are when I asked them to turn off some patio lights to view the night sky more clearly they turned them off within a minute. They are so accommodating of requests. Had long chats with JT and learned more about the surrounding and beauty of the place. All in all they made us feel at home…❤️

This place was so beautiful!!! Initially we had lots of plans in town but we liked the home so much we spent most of our time there. The view was stunning and we all loved seeing the variety of birds and animals around the property. The house was clean and the kitchen well stocked. The beds were all very comfortable! Perfect size for a group of 10- enough large spaces for us to all gather and also split up for privacy if desired. Britney Jo was a great host- very accommodating and responsive. We would come here again!

We loved our stay at this adorable country cottage! The property is incredible & the walking trails were so fun. Plus the night sky was stunning since it’s so far out in the country. The property is about 18 miles from Mason, so it’s a perfect spot if you want peace and quiet!

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay. The home was beautifully maintained and had everything we needed, especially in the kitchen—it was spotless and fully stocked with organized pots, pans, utensils, and more. The location was perfect: close to Main Street in Fredericksburg but still tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. Highly recommend!

Michaels place was awesome we really enjoyed the cowboy pool and the local restaurants / coffee shops only thing was we went to start up the bbq pit and there was no propane besides that everything went really smooth and it was a great weekend would definitely stay again !

This was the perfect place for our Christmas get-together, and the picturesque beauty of our surroundings out there was an amazing highlight for our family, who were visiting from out of state. The house was in pristine condition and was spotless upon arrival. Grill was fully prepared for action with a full propane tank, and the open floor plan and size of the house was ideal for our group, with room to spare (there were 7 of us). We would definitely recommend this property to discerning patrons who desire an elevated country retreat experience, with the added bonus of convenient proximity to Fredericksburg and Enchanted Rock!

Great views. Calm, quiet and peaceful. The barndo has a great layout and is perfect for small families. Really had no complaints and would love to stay here again when we are back in the area. Great location and place all around and much, much better than getting hotel rooms.

Everything you’d expect from a West Texas ranch house! Very quiet with only the occasional pickup driving past the house, which is bordered by a couple of cattle guards that provide a “speed bump” effect and requires vehicles to slow down as they pass the house. Nicely furnished and a great big back yard for throwing a ball and enjoying those beautiful Texas night skies. We took advantage of the fire pit for evening gatherings and picked up fallen wood from around the property to burn. Ping pong and corn hole were also a hit with the kids. River is across the county road and we threw a couple fishing lines in the river with no luck except for a small perch. TV gets all the channels you’ll need and the house has internet, which runs quite slow but I understand that the host is on the list to get Starlink as soon as it’s available, which will be nice if needed to work from the house. Kitchen’s nicely appointed and the stocked spices, pots, pans and tools fulfilled our needs.

Such a wonderful place of retreat for a family. Its a beautiful Ranch outside of Llano and very quiet and to yourself.

I have stayed here before and will continue to do so. Great parking. Close to town, but super quiet.

I totally loved my stay at Cozi Hill Country Luxury! It was so beautiful and peaceful. Love the decor, and it looked exactly like the photos. It even has a jet pool bathtub! (Super relaxing). I will definitely visit again & tell others about my wonderful stay.

Great location for walking, private, very clean. The house has plenty of room and comes with an adorable outside cat that greets you and welcomes you! Quite, relaxing, just what I needed to rejuvenate my life. I was arriving after dark, he had gone earlier and turned all the lights on, made it much more comfortable to enter by myself. The place surpassed expectations. Beautiful home and amenities which were perfect for our weekend getaway. Location was also perfect to ride out and visit the many wineries, breweries, or distilleries. Thank you for sharing your place! Salud!

Very quiet and peaceful place to stay in the hill country. There was a deer feeder in front of the master bedroom and porch. I was able to see a deer feeding while sitting on the porch each morning. Overall a very pleasant stay!

We visited Deborah's property with a crew of nine (four adults and five kids) while chasing the April 8 eclipse. It is quite remote and really lovely. The surroundings were beautiful and peaceful. The ice house was an excellent gathering space for meals and board games. All the lodging was comfortable. Thanks so much for hosting us!

Great stay. Location was great. Following checkout there was an issue with a family member who had done something that we were unaware of. Chris let us know about what had happened. I was so sorry and appreciated her kindness in the situation. I’m on the hunt for something for her to repay her kindness. She is a great host. Thanks Chris.

Another wonderful stay! This time with the kids and dog.

It was an attractive and cozy home. It was spotless and very comfortable. The beds were comfortable. There was everything that you could need in the kitchen and bath. It was easy to get in and out. It close to the center of town and even within walking distance if you felt like a short little hike. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet and you can often see deer in the evening.

White Ghost Ranch is just the best!! Brent and Pam are fabulous hosts, and Danielle made our welcome smooth and easy. The lodge is absolutely beautiful and the beds are unbelievably comfortable. Our two night stay was not enough time to take in the beauty of the land and all the surrounding area has to offer. We will make sure to stay longer next time! We had the best dinner and enjoyed live music our first night at the Doss General Store and Cafe just down the road. We spent the next day enjoying Fredericksburg which is not too far from the lodge at all. My boys loved playing corn hole and shuffle board, and we were so grateful for the bunk room to keep them entertained at night so the adults could enjoy some quiet time. We spent a beautiful Easter Sunday enjoying sunrise service at Hilda UMC down the road and had the best egg hunt back at the White Ghost Ranch. We are so grateful for the hospitality and will be back soon!
