Welcome to Ola Verde, a unique, cozy and centrally located condo overlooking 180 degree water views of Banks Channel and Greenville Sound on the north side of Harbor Island in Wrightsville Beach. The views simply can't be beat along with the relaxing shady porch and proximity to local shops and restaurants. Park the car for the duration of your stay and immerse yourself as a local with a walk or bike ride to the beach, coffee, bite to eat or concert in the park. Lots of amenities on site as well

Bamboo Bungalow * 1 BR Suite with Private Entrance

This guest suite consists of one bedroom (King bed) and a full bath. The private entrance is located on the front porch and the space is closed off from rest of the home. Space does not include a living room or kitchen. but there is a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee-maker, comfortable sitting space, and a large porch to relax. There is also an air purifier in the room- with HEPA filtration, removing 99.9 of all particles in the air. The space is the size of an average hotel room.

The Tree House Apartment

The Tree House apartment is an 700+ sq ft private residence on the first floor of our house. It has a private entrance and parking for up to 2 vehicles, if more than 2 spots are needed please let us know. The apartment has a full size kitchen, dining area, and spacious living room. There is a king bed in the bedroom and shower/tub in the bathroom. This rental is located less than 5 minutes from Carolina Beach and is 15 minutes away from the beautiful and historic downtown, Wilmington.

Its name stems from the iconic hotel that sat on the corner of Lumina Ave and Stone street in the early 1900’s. All three units come equipped with full kitchens, full baths, Juliet balconies, washers and dryers, as well as elevated linens and bath products. The Atlantic' is a 1 bedroom and 1 bath unit with views of both the ocean and Banks Channel.

It is located in a quiet neighborhood right in the center of town and less than a mile to shopping, dining, and movies. 15 minutes from Downtown, Carolina Beach, and Wrightsville Beach. The backyard is fully fenced in for pets, and there is private covered boat or RV parking available. Every bedroom has a queen bed and plenty of privacy.

Private Tiny Home in the Woods!

This is a small cabin at the back of our property that has good privacy from the main house. It's a cozy space, but with a King size bed and a loft it easily accommodates 3 people! Very close to the beach. Dogs are welcome (sorry, no cats), please add as a "pet" to your reservation. The fee is $30 per stay. Dogs must be crated if left alone. We have one available if required.
