place was squeaky clean, great parking! close to the beach and fishing+boat ramps near by. host was great, prompt response on a short order booking. really was great all the way around. hope to stay here again soon.

Peaceful residential area and close to everything. Good size 2/1 home with comfortable bed and good size yard for the fur babies. Liked the fact there was a carport available. One item to note…there is no TV but the internet is strong and reliable. It is noted in the description that a TV is not included but I personally missed this fact. I would stay here again and would recommend this home.

We enjoyed our stay. The house is very nice, had everything we needed. The view of the river is great.

My boyfriend and I along with our 7 year old sons had amazing time here! We wanted a peaceful spot to fish and this provided just that! We caught a lot of fish & crab. Every cast we caught fish or crab. It was so exciting! Our boys loved it! The house was clean & equipped with everything we needed. The private pier was big, lit up & fully equipped. Michell was very accommodating, attentive and answered any and all questions right away. Upon arriving, there is a binder located by the tv that has you covered with all the answers to any questions you might have. It was an added little touch that you don’t see often in rentals. Neighbors were nice & neighborly. We plan to return in the future! This will always be where we stay when visiting Sargent. It was such a pleasant stay we didn’t want to leave. Thank you for such a wonderful place to make memories with our kiddos!

Wonderful and peaceful! I love the deck and the night sky was beautiful. We tried fishing but were not lucky, however, we did see dolphins! That was great. Easy to park close to the beach, just 1/2 mile away. Bed was comfortable and the window unit kept us cool at night. We would stay again!

This home was an ideal destination for a spring break retreat, catering perfectly to both kids and adults. The fishing experience was outstanding! Children could enjoy a steady stream of small to medium fish throughout the day, while adults had an excellent opportunity to reel in a keeper. The house itself was incredibly comfortable, offering ample space and a range of amenities that ensured everyone had a fantastic time. Highly recommended for a memorable getaway!

Brought my family of 4 and two dogs here. Had a great time with a beautiful view and awesome fishing spot. Caught croaker, catfish, blue crabs and a black drum. House is very cute with nice quiet neighbors on both sides. Owner is very friendly and responsive but we didn’t need anything as she explained everything clearly in the beginning.

Very professional hosts. Responded almost immediately and took care of a hiccup with our reservation.

Second time renting and loved every minute of it!! Definitely coming back for a third time!

We had a great time. We brought our boat so we were able to go and explore. David is a great host. He communicated well with us beforehand to let us know what we needed to bring. He is on the property and there to help with anything you may need, or just be in the shadows. If you want to go enjoy the beach he is happy to give you a ride. The house is clean and the beds are comfortable. There two A/C units that keep the house nice and cold. If you are up for something quiet and away from everything, this is the place.

Alles tiptop Ruhige Gegend, saubere und gepflegte Anlage, gut zu erreichen, schnell an vielen tollen Ausflugszielen. Unterkunft ist klein (war zu erwarten anhand der Bilder und Beschreibung) bei 4 Personen mit viel Gepäck an der Grenze. Aber definitiv sehr angenehm!
