Just up the road (walking distance) is the center of town with shops, restaurants, playground etc. This apartment has a 73 sq meter courtyard complete with BBQ and plenty of indoor, outdoor flow. Homewood Cottage

Homewood cottage is situated in a private garden behind the main homestead “Homewood”. Homewood was built in 1876 by Dr Thomas Fletcher and was the original farm house in the area. The cottage was built in the early 1900s when the property was owned by George Alley a well known philanthropist. Guests can enjoy the private lawn and garden around the cottage, and wander down the hedgerow to the pond overlooking the Tauranga harbour.

Studio room (queen bed), bathroom, kitchen and separate entry. Two night minimum. Microwave and single induction element for cooking. We live in the rest of the house. Please check the photos to ensure that this suits. A 2 min walk to the surf beach and Tay St cafe serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. A 15 min walk to Downtown Mt shopping. Stroll the beach, climb the Mt, enjoy Pilot Bay.
