Nous avons passé un très bon moment chez Luca. La maison a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour passer un excellent repos. Vous pourrez observer les quelques animaux qui se promènent librement dans le jardin. La piscine est un gros plus dans la chaleur du Sri Lanka. La maison est incroyablement propre et les gens qui y travaillent sont très gentils. Nimesh vous aidera avec toutes vos questions, vous pouvez le contacter à tout moment. Il nous a emmenés changer de l'argent, nous a montré où se trouvaient les meilleurs endroits pour dîner et a organisé toutes les excursions pour nous. Il s'est également occupé de notre voyage et est venu nous chercher à l'aéroport. Tout le long, nous avons pu profiter des merveilleux dîners préparés par Nirosha dont un excellent barbecue de fruits de mer. La maison est très bien placée : seulement à quelques pas de la plage et de tous les restaurants/boutiques. N’hésitez pas à réserver votre séjour au sein de cette maison, c’est un véritable petit paradis.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der White House Lodge sehr genossen. Wir haben uns schnell wie zuhause gefühlt in der grosszügigen Wohnung. Es war alles da, was wir brauchten. Die schöne grosse Terrasse lädt zum Verweilen ein. Janaka und seine Familie haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen und wir haben interessante Gespräche geführt. Unsere beiden gleich alten Söhne haben sich angefreundet, vielleicht eine Freundschaft fürs Leben? Das Internet funktioniert sehr gut, perfekt um zwischendurch zu arbeiten. Janaka hat unsere Ferien mit Tipps für Ausflüge bereichert. Sewwandi hat sehr lecker für uns gekocht, vielen Dank dafür! Preis-Leistung ist top! Wir kommen wieder.

We had the most incredible stay with Ishu and her wonderful family! From the moment we arrived, we felt like part of the family—welcomed with open arms by Mum, Dad, Granddad, Grandma, and their lovely daughters. Traveling with a 1-year-old, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Our little one was so well cared for, and the kids played together like lifelong friends. The house itself was spacious with a big garden that made our stay even more special. It’s just a short 5-minute walk to the beach, and having Mama’s Café around the corner was a fantastic bonus for great local food. Ishu also speaks excellent English, which made communication effortless. On top of everything, they arranged airport transfer and helped us get around with ease—such a thoughtful touch that made our trip stress-free. If you’re looking for a warm, welcoming stay with a true home-away-from-home feeling, look no further. We can’t wait to return! Bohoma sthuthi :)

I could not recommend this apartment more. The hosts are incredible nice and accommodating. We stayed both weekends we were in Weligama. Chaminda and Nishadi were so kind and helpful. Bringing coffee in the morning and even helping to go to the pharmacy when a friend was sick. The apartment was big and spacious and exceptionally clean. I will most definitely be staying there again when I return to Sri Lanka

Celine’s house was great for us. 6 persons (4 adults and 2 children 3 and 4 years old). + house exactly the same as on photos. + location is great. + almost private claim beach was good. + Christian and Indra are really great hosts. Please, read feedback from Helen (November 2016) "Myself, husband, two children ......." - it's still actual.

This was one of the best places I have ever stayed in and, by far, the best in Sri Lanka. The place is right on the beach, in a gulf where you can swim. The villa has an amazing design with huge windows everywhere and breathtaking views of the ocean. You can enjoy the most beautiful sunset from the rooftop pool. Breakfast was amazing and it was served in the garden, the villa manager was super friendly and helpful. Everything from the exceptional modern and minimalist design, to the location, the intimacy, the hosts make this villa maybe the most outstanding place to stay in Weligama. Will definitely come back!

Wir haben 3 Nächte bei Tommy und seiner Freundin verbracht. Für uns der schönste Aufenthalt unserer Sri Lanka Reise! Tommy und seine Freundin sind tolle Gastgeber, super nett, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Kommunikation war super! Jederzeit erreichbar. Das Haus ist mit so viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und absolut sauber. Der Garten ist ein Traum. Das Meer direkt vor der Haustür. Auch die Lage ist unschlagbar. Wir waren auch im Milky Waves essen (Restaurant der beiden, um die Ecke) - probiert bitte das Eis! Der Wahnsinn. Der Aufenthalt war eine 12/10, wir können die Unterkunft wirklich von Herzen weiter empfehlen! Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

We had the absolute pleasure of staying at Andy and Daniel’s beautiful pool house, and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect getaway. From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcomed – Andy and Daniel are the kindest, most thoughtful hosts you could hope for. The pool house itself is lovely, and especially our daughter very much enjoyed the pool. We tried the home cooked breakfast and dinner as well, which was delicious! Andy went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, and her warmth and hospitality made our stay all the more memorable. It’s rare to find an airbnb that feels so effortlessly welcoming. Can’t recommend this magical place enough!

We stayed 3 nights at Pat’s and Adam ‘s place . They have been the most responsive and generous hosts . The Villa is gorgeous , everything about it : the interior design , the garden and the pool. The Villa is 5 mins walk down to 2 perfect beach’s. Wish we could stay longer . Thank you for everything ❤️

Trop cher pour ce que c’est par rapport à ce qui se fait au Sri Lanka, mais en dehors du prix c’est un logement agréable proche de la plage, avec une belle piscine.

Terrene Villa was everything and more. Jalal responded quickly to any queries before arrival and during the booking process. We stayed for two weeks as a family of 4, plus daughter's boyfriend. The villa is stunning and just as described. Sri Lanka is the gift that keeps on giving and Terrene Villa is the perfect place to enjoy it all. Suda and Judi (apologies if I have spelt their names wrong) were a delight and looked after us very well. Their breakfasts were enjoyable and the fresh juices were delicious. The gardens were kept beautifully and what a joy to see monkeys in the trees and on the roof! Viraj sorted all our travel and day trips out and was always quick to reply and make suggestions. We were so sad to leave the villa, it really is an oasis of calm.

Host was very responsive, answered questions quickly. Let us check in an hour early and had a treat waiting for us at the coffee shop nearby! Home itself was very cute and clean, including the pool. Room was still a little warm even with the AC, but cooled down enough to sleep comfortably. House is in a very secluded area, needed a tuktuk (or car using pick me was usually cheaper) to get to the busier area for more food variety but there is a very cute beach we basically had to ourselves within 5 mins of walking! Would recommend.

Stunning. Beautiful. Idyllic. Just everything we hoped it would be! The villa itself is just gorgeous and the views are incredible. We ordered breakfast to the villa twice and a dinner one evening and it was all so delicious and great value for money. The location is about 10mins from mirissa/15 mins from weligama so we hired a scooter to get around which the host very kindly had waiting for us on arrival! The only caviat I have is to be prepared for insect bites, lizards, frogs and other bugs etc. There's nothing scary (honestly I'm the biggest scaredy cat with these things) but you do have to remember that it's situated in a private tropical environment so you need to share it with the wildlife. Swimming in the pool at night watching the fire flies is something I will never forget! If I'm lucky enough to return to Sri Lanka, I will definitely be back :)

This was a great place to stay in Hiriketiya. Short walk to the main areas with restaurants and the beach in both Hiri and Dickwella, but removed enough that it was quiet and peaceful. The pool was very nice and clean and was refreshing to dip in the heat. WiFi was very strong (worked remotely with zoom calls). Air conditioning was very strong as well and no bugs inside the apartment. The host was super friendly and cooked us a traditional breakfast to celebrate Sri Lankan new year (for free) which was amazing. Highly recommend staying here!

Vi hadde et flott opphold hos Marco og vennen hans. Vi ble godt tatt imot av Sajeeva, som var veldig gjestfri. Han ga oss fine tips og var alltid i nærheten dersom det skulle være noe. Rommene var flotte, og interiøret var veldig gjennomført. Barna elsket stedet og følte seg veldig trygge. Det beste med oppholdet var at vi bidro til det flotte prosjektet de driver. Jeg synes det er helt fantastisk at de gir barn muligheten til å gå på skole. Jeg kommer helt klart tilbake og ønsker å følge med på utviklingen av skolen og den nye kaféen. Jeg håper dere setter opp en innsamlingsaksjon hvor folk kan bidra. Takk for oss😊

Our stay at Hela Studio was lovely. We booked last minute as we wanted to extend our stay in Hiriketiya. Marta was a great host and was very helpful with local recommendations and check in process. Marta also helped to arrange a realisable car transfer which was a great price.

The villa is adequately provided and well equipped . If anything is required to suit your taste then Aravinda promptly arranges the same . We spent nearly 34 days at this villa and it had become a second home to us. 2 bedrooms were provided with AC and the 3rd bedroom was provided with desert cooler. For longer stays the electricity is billed to the guest. Our bill was @14000 LKR for the entire duration . We used only 1 AC as only 1 bedroom was utilised by us. We didnot use any electric cooking gadget , even though all kinds of electric ovens were there. We used only the cooking gas stove and gas cylinder was provided by Aravinda . The front lawn is green and Aravinda takes responsibility to get the lawn cleaned once every week. Be careful of red ants though :-). Aravinda took us for a familiarisation ride of the locality on our 1st day . He also picked / dropped us from/to airport in his sedan at very low cost. We definitely would like to come back again!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at an Airbnb hosted by Ruwan, and it was a delightful experience. Ruwan was an extremely warm and welcoming host, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The location was fantastic, within walking distance to both the beach and Coconut Tree Hill. The lush green property felt almost like staying in a forest, offering a serene environment. The breakfast provided was very good, with a variety of delicious options. The room was a bit small, but it didn't affect our comfort during the stay. Additionally, Ruwan offers to help plan activities in and around Mirissa, which could add a lot of value to your trip. Despite the minor detail about the room size, the stay had its positive aspects, particularly Ruwan's hospitality, the excellent breakfast, and the beautiful surroundings. This Airbnb is a great choice for travelers looking for a welcoming host and a beautiful location.

We really enjoyed our days in the beautiful house and garden! We loved the space! Only 10 minute walk to the beach and the restaurants but far enough to enjoy the peacefulness of the beautiful garden. Rebecca and here hostess were really flexibel and friendly/ The barking/ protective dogs of the neighbours were scary in the beginning but it turned out the they don’t to anything if you just ignore them.

Had a good stay here. 15-20 minutes walk to downtown Weligama.

Cosy wee place in a quiet street with comfy beds and everything you need. Hosts are so lovely and friendly we had such a nice time! Thanks so much for having us.

I can't really review LSC Villa, because we didn't stay there, we stayed in another villa nearby. The villa we did stay in was very nice, though, spacious and comfortable with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large lounge/seating area, well equipped kitchen and a nice garden. The hosts, especially Nuwan, were very friendly and helpful and resolved any issues quickly. I highly recommend this place and I would definitely stay here again.
