The flat is quite new, all as described, convenient parking. The view from the balcony is just great! The only thing to mention that location is good if you travel by car. All shops are reachable by car only. Small beach Volosko like 20 minutes walk down the hill and same 20 minutes back upstairs almost impossible with children... But by car you can reach many other beaches within 20 minutes or so. We used Medveja beach, which has parking, some activities and beach bar. We had a great stay at all!

Oliver is an absolutely amazing host! From the moment we booked, he was always reachable and quick to respond to any questions, making everything so easy. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a smooth stay—even staying up late to check us in when we arrived in the middle of the night. His kindness and willingness to help with anything made us feel truly welcome. If you're looking for a host who genuinely cares and is always there when you need him, Oliver is the best choice. Highly recommend!

We spent a week in Krk and had the luck to stay in Blankas house, 5 minutes walk from the seaside. We experienced Blanka as a welcoming and lovely host, the flat was super clean and had everything we needed. We went with a child and that also worked out well in that space. I admire how Blanka was around and available whenever we needed her but at the same time created a calm and private space. She was also super sweet with our daughter. Will definitely stay there again if possible. High recommendation!

Wir hatten einen tollen 12 tägigen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft von Ivan. Die Kommunikation lief von Anfang an reibungslos, man wurde mit vielen Informationen versorgt und man konnte Ivan immer kontaktieren wenn man etwas wissen wollte. Kleinere Problemchen wurden auch sofort behoben. Mit dem Auto war alles gut zu erreichen, wir haben viele tolle Strände angefahren. Wir können Ivan und seine Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen!

One of my best experience in my travels! The apartment was comfortable and clean. Flexible checkin, very comfortable beds and bedding, spotless clean apartment, friendly host! The apartment was near to everyting that we need: sporthall: 5 minute, supermarket half minute, sea and beaches 2-4 minutes, downtown on a beautiful walk on lungomare is 15 minutes. War richtig klasse. Die Unterkunft war sauber. Handtücher hat man regelmäßig bekommen.

Es war wirklich super und für zwei Personen ist es wirklich ausreichend. Wir waren eine Woche da und wir hatten alles was wir brauchen. Haben viele Empfehlungen bekommen & Nachrichten wurde auch immer direkt beantwortet. Es ist Modern und ruhig eingerichtet, kleine Terrasse, Küche & Bad. Wir fanden es perfekt! Würden wir genauso nochmal buchen!

You can feel the heart that has gone into restoring this house while preserving the soul of the architecture. The design and furnishings are luxurious and complements the house in a unique way. Even the little detailed touches and details are provided for, including toiletries, high-end bedding and towels. The kitchens are fully stacked: both inside and outside. While Istria has a lot of small coves and deserted beaches with cristal clear waters to offer, the decking beach in Moscenicka Draga is an exclusive way of experiencing the best of what Croatia has to offer from a beach perspective. Last but not least: Tanja and Oliver are top hosts. They are easy to communicate with, and does everything in their power to make sure, that your stay is truly a five-star experience. Siamo stati benissimo in questa nostra settimana a Kornič, Marko è stato ineccepibile, attento ad ogni nostra esigenza e sempre pronto a rispondere alle nostre richieste! Abbiamo trovato un ambiente rilassato e rilassante, pulito e tranquillo con tutto il confort che ci aspettavamo. Piacevoli sorprese sono state le bibite di benvenuto, un sacchetto d’ uva 🍇 del giardino trovata sulla porta al ritorno dalla spiaggia (graditissima anche dalla nostra bambina) e un ricordo che ci ha lasciato Marko quando siamo ripartiti per casa! Il genere di attenzioni che fanno la differenza! Sicuramente lo consiglieremo, e se torneremo a Krk in vacanza torneremo qui con piacere!

Wir waren als 4 köpfige Familie 2 Erw. und 2 Teens (16+14) in der Unterkunft. Wir waren begeistert von der Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit. Das war genau das was wir wollten. Das Haus ist ist zwar klein,aber es reicht völlig aus. Alles ist schön dekoriert und platziert. Genau wie man den Bildern entnehmen kann. Das Außengelände ist einfach ein Traum. Bis in die kleinste Ecke durchdacht. Die Outdoor-Küche haben wir regelmäßig benutzt. Wir waren jetzt im Oktober dort und hatten auch noch gutes Wetter. ( durchschnittlich 22 Grad ☀️) Dadurch wurde der Pool und Whirlpool sehr gut genutzt. Die kleine Bucht ist auch einfach sehr schön. Wir haben dort einen ganzen Tag verbracht und waren ganz alleine. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur bestens empfehlen. Wir werden wieder kommen. 🫶🏻🇭🇷☀️

A szállás nagyon szépen van berendezve, tiszta, igényes és tágas. A kilátás gyönyörű, Cvetomir rendkívül kedves és a parttól 3 perc sétára van. Még biztosan visszatérek! :)

Wir hatten eine unfassbar schöne Woche in dem Häusschen. Ich bin wirklich pingelig (leider), aber ich hatte hier wirklich rein gar nichts auszusetzen. Tihan war extrem nett, hat immer super schnell geantwortet und uns ganz tolle Tipps gegeben. Wir kamen an einem Feiertag und er half uns sogar noch das Nötigste zu bekommen, so nett! Wir mochten die abgelegene Lage sehr und haben super schöne Buchten entdeckt. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, der Garten super süß und gepflegt und es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Wir sind eine kleine Familie mit Hund und wirklich alle haben es geliebt. Danke an Tihan und Ivan :) Wir freuen uns, wenn wir wieder kommen! :)

best location to reach the old town, with several big plus like the balcony with an amazing view on the city, the parking inside the court just in front of the appartament if you come by car, and the amazing smiling grandma welcoming us! we couldn t ask more for our stai!

Wir hatten in dem Haus eine wundervolle Zeit, die Lage ist sehr ruhig, das Haus sehr privat. Das Hat einen wunderschönen Outdoor Bereich an dem wir uns die meiste Zeit aufhielten. Die Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin sowie der Agentur war schnell und immer sehr höflich. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht

Cette semaine chez Doris etait très agréable. Le logement est bien situé pour varier entre parcs nationaux en montagne et bord de mer avec voiture obligatoire! Doris est une hôte vraiment gentille et attentionnée. Nous sommes ravis de l'avoir rencontré et nous aurions aimé que ce soit notre tante 😅! Des gateaux delicieux et des petites attentions, presente si besoin et discrète si on ne la solicite pas. Le logement est lumineux avec une belle vue du balcon et en avril cest très calme et reposant !

Een mooie kamer met alles wat je nodig hebt, op wandelafstand van het centrum van Rijeka en airco ter afkoeling. De verhuurders hebben ons erg goed begeleid, we konden onze koffers zelf voor het inchecken al in het gebouw zetten en we konden het appartement vroeger betreden. Perfect om met z’n tweeën de stad te ontdekken.

Mira was fantastic. The apartment was thoroughly furnished and even had homemade dessert, water and fruit for me. Mira left tons of maps and literature. I stayed for a week, absolutely loved it. Quiet, with a wonderful garden overlooking the gulf. Quick walk from old town. Would absolutely stay again.

We had a perfect stay at Weronika & Antuns apartment. The apartment was spotless and very clean. Weronika & Antun was very accommodating and had many good tips of restaurants and beaches close by 😎. We would absolutely stay there again when we go back to Opatija.

Fantasztikus hetet töltöttünk itt, minden a leírásnak és a fotóknak megfelelő volt - vagy még jobb is. Az apartman maximálisan megfelelt a 4 tagú családunk igényeinek. 3 perc séta a gyönyörű tengerparttól. Mindig kellemesen árnyékos, tengerre néző, hatalmas terasz. Tiszta, praktikus berendezés és felszereltség. Két hálószoba két fürdőszoba. Klíma, wifi, mosógép és parkolási lehetőség. 12 perc sétára van egy hipermarket. Terezija és Ivica kiváló vendéglátók, soha nem tolakodóak, de mindig elérhetőek, ha szükség lenne bármire. Házi süteménnyel vártak. Szomorúan jöttünk haza. Novi Vinodolski ezen része álomszép, jól kialakított napozóhelyek vannak, 30 méterenként acél látrákkal a tengerbe. Az árnyékos helyek hamar elfogynak, napsátrat érdemes vinni és tengeri cipőt. Van pár kisebb kavicsos öböl, ahol a kisgyerekek is biztonsággal pancsolhatnak. Szerencsére nincs medúza vagy hínár, de halak igen, érdemes snorkelezni. Inkább családosoknak való, nem bulizós a környék. Imádtuk az egészet!

Our stay at Zdenko's place in Opatija was absolutely exceptional! The house is modern, spacious, and very practically furnished. We found everything we could possibly need – from a hairdryer, iron, microwave, oven, to even a crib and toys for our one-year-old daughter. The on-site pool was an added bonus that made our stay even more enjoyable. Our small dog was also warmly welcomed by the hosts and had no trouble joining us on our vacation. The hosts are incredibly hospitable and always ready to help in any situation. They even surprised my wife with a small gift for her birthday, which made our stay even more special. We felt right at home. We highly recommend this place and will definitely return!

L'alloggio è ben arredato (non ho mai trovato una cucina così ben fornita) e pulitissimo. La posizione della casa offre di un'ottima vista, in quanto la casa si trova in una posizione di qualche centinaio di metri sul livello del mare. Gli host sono stati fantastici.

We had an absolutely perfectly relaxing vacation. The place is like it looks in the pictures, I’d say even better. You really only need to take some stairs down to the sea and can take a swim whenever you want. You can also get there by Bus perfectly easy and when our train broke down and didn’t work anymore on our way there, they were kind enough to pick us up 25 minutes away from there home, where we were greeted with a lot of friendliness and care, yet we always had our privacy. You’re located in the middle between Rijeka and beautiful Opatja and we really loved it. I’d go back any time and can recommend staying here very highly!

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut mit dem Auto erreichbar. Das Meer war zu Fuß in 10-15 Minuten erreichbar und bietet einen Kiesstrand. Zu dieser Jahreszeit sind viele Restaurants bereits geschlossen, aber dafür auch deutlich weniger Touristen unterwegs. Man kann in wenigen Minuten Paula mit dem Auto erreichen und ein kleiner Supermarkt ist direkt neben der Wohnung. Für Schnorchel Aktivitäten eignet sich der dortige Strand nicht unbedingt, hierfür sollte man mit dem Auto Nahegelegene Buchten, wie zum Beispiel „The Columbian Grotto Beach“ oder „Prostina“ besuchen. Diese sind in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Die Umgebung um die Unterkunft ist stark auf den Tourismus ausgelegt und bietet daher zahlreiche Freizeitmöglichkeiten, allerdings kaum einheimische Lokalitäten. Insgesamt kann ich die Unterkunft bestens für 4 Personen empfehlen, die eine gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit ausreichend Platz in Kroatien sucht und nicht zu viel Geld ausgeben möchte.
