This condo was perfect for what we needed! Central location, right on the water. Gorgeous ocean views from the lanai. Was very impressed with the decor, cleanliness, and amenities provided. Host was responsive and helpful. Would recommend this place to anyone visiting Maui!

We're so glad we stayed a night in Hana to extend our trip along the Road to Hana. This unit is a perfect refuge with a beautiful view in a quiet property. Breakfast on the balcony was idyllic.

One of the most beautiful locations and beaches on the planet! Upstairs fan is broke - FYI. Overall, excellent! Bed on porch is so comfortable! Host reimbursed me for snorkels. It is right next to the pool which is great for kids. Super friendly folks in complex.

The stay was special to say the least. It was private and the walkable beach was quiet and beautiful. The town of Kihei has everything you need with close stores, restaurants, gas stations and snorkel rental. The house was perfect for our family with a space our child could sleep free of noise from the rest of the house while we were awake so we could enjoy the ocean from the porch and the jacuzzi tub. Would definitely stay again while on Maui!

This place is an absolute oasis. The freedom to walk a mere few steps directly into the Pacific Ocean was bliss. It wasn't cheap, but it was worth every dollar and I definitely intend to return some day. Highly recommend.

the home was a great and John was very helpful throughout our stay. The instruments onsite were an added bonus as my kids were able to delicately use some of them (one currently in guitar lessons, another in piano) while I played along with my set of harmonicas. Has a heated outdoor shower which is always nice. Didn't need to bring our own beach towels and there was plenty of beach equipment available including chairs, umbrella and boogie boards. As to be expected of a jungle beach side home there are ants, termites, and critters, but none were ever a problem through our 4 night stay. No AC, but that was never a problem. Fans in all the rooms. View from the upper deck is amazing, and every morning we watched the sunrise before going out to the beaches and such. Food around town can close early so being mindful of that can be important if you want some of the best in Hana if not the whole island (braddah hutts and huli huli chicken for starters). overall, highly recommend staying here!

The building, at the north end of Sugar beach, in Kihei, right on the water, was in a beautiful location to experience daily gorgeous sunsets and the clean sandy beach. The grounds which featured a pool, barbecues, chairs and lounge chairs were well trimmed. The apartment was nicely furnished, filled with all amenities (coolers, beach towels, snorkeling equipment, sunglasses, hats, sunblock, aloe vera lotion...) needed for a great stay at the beach. The elevators were clean and functional, and there were carts to facilitate transfer of luggage from the parking lot to our apartment. The owner had developed a very detailed guide that helped us operate the various pieces of equipment in the apartment. In addition, she was very responsive to various questions we had on check-in. There was also a local representative who proved helpful when a very rare power failure caused some issues. In summary, this is a wonderful place I strongly recommend to relax and enjoy the beautiful Maui weather

Our stay at Bin's place was amazing and a great place to relax and enjoy the beauty of Maui. We stayed at 4 different AirBNB's throughout our stay in Maui and ended it with Bin's place and we couldn't have been happier with our decision. It truly gives you a resort vibe without the huge crowds like you have in Kaanapali. The Napili Bay Beach was about as perfect as you could ask for - the north end was perfectly calm while the south end was a little wavier so you could pick what type of water you wanted. Lots of people paddle boarding and snorkeling out in the bay. The views from the lanai were unbeatable, we made sure we set aside time to watch the sunset every night from it. Bin also provided a lot of helpful information on places to visit and activities to do around the area. Stay here, you won't regret it.

If you are looking for somewhere where you can enjoy beautiful peaceful, sunrises, and get to see turtles right off your front porch, this is it! The condo is not fancy but has everything you need. The bed was very comfortable. The best part is the private patio looking directly onto the water with access to a small area of beach that turtles love to visit. Added bonus was access to the pool and hot tub and grill right there outside your door. The area itself felt very safe. While not walkable easily to dining it it is a very short drive to many good restaurants, beaches, and activities.

If I could summarize my experience at laurie’s air bnb, it would be nothing short of incredible! Laurie meticulously provided additional items to assure my stay was most convenient. (She provided bug spray!) The place itself was a perfect bungalow for a solo traveler. It accommodates perfect amount of space, while being smack in the middle of downtown Kihei, lastly while being right across street from the beach. I felt very safe and comfortable with the sites security. I would consistently see them roam the grounds assuring public safety. A lot of other guests staying were pleasant and no disturbances experienced. Overall a wonderful stay, I would 110% come back again.

Beautiful spot right on the beach in Molokai. Please note, this isn't really a swimming beach due to the strength of the waves and the rocks. We had fun jumping in the waves at the edge and the kids loved the pool. Like others have said, it's in an old resort and some buildings are abandoned or under construction. We found no issue with this. The place was quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed all the creatures (wild turkeys, peacocks, giant moths, alllll the birds, little kitties and deer). Gordon and Julia were responsive and easy to work with. We enjoyed our stay and we're very sad leaving. Rolling over and seeing the ocean and palm trees every morning was magical. Brian, one of the resort/ condo association caretakers was super kind and gave us fresh mango. If the bustle of Honolulu is not your jam, then try Molokai because it's quiet and beautiful. Kumu farm, Purdy's Macadamia Nut Farm and the historical sites were great and was the hike into the jungle preserve.

We stayed here for our honeymoon, and absolutely loved it. We enjoyed the beach right in front of the condo, the quiet location, landscaped grounds, big/heated pool, and felt right at home in the condo overall. It was great having a fully equipped kitchen and beach gear! Would recommend to others and we’d stay here again.

John and Lisa's lanai is wonderful -- full ocean view. We saw whales for a few days and turtles by the sea wall virtually every day. There are lots of fans and we were very comfortable as far as temperature. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, plates and cups. There was a nice coffee maker and a cutting board. We even watched a couple of movies! We also borrowed some snorkeling gear, which was very nice. They even have a boogie board to borrow.

Dee Dee was an amazing host! She was very flexible especially when we booked and had to change our dates last minute. She was also very proactive with her communication even going as far as recommending things to do around the island. Check in was easy and the property was centrally located, clean and beautiful. It was our first time staying at a time share and I would definitely stay here again,

Beautiful location and setting. Very well organized and equipped. Especially nice bathroom and kitchen. She was also very thoughtful on the smaller details too, such as hooks to hang towels, clothes line in tub, non scented cleaning products . Also Very nice setup on the lanai

We had a wonderful stay! Watching the sunset from the balcony each evening was incredible.

Our family of 8 (15-50yo) had a great stay at Kevin’s place! We walked out the back door every morning to walk on the beach and we went swimming/boogie boarding many days right there. Sunsets were amazing and we even saw a whale out there! The inside is clean and spacious and there are 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor plus a loft up another flight that has a king size and queen size bed. The location was actually great for us as we ate at Fish Tacos El Blue food truck in Olowalu village 3 times, did a whale watch tour which was 6 min away, went to Turtle Rock at the Post Office a few times to see turtles and swim (10min) and had grocery stores within 6 min. We did go north to the resort area and while there are a few more beaches to choose from, it’s busier. But having a large kitchen to cook family meals, space to move around, easy access in and out of our resort home and listening to waves every day made this place worth it 100%!

Barbara was wonderful. Gave good instructions on how to enter the property. There are elevators, so don’t feel you have to lug your luggage up three flights like we did. BE SURE your rental can clear six feet to enter the parking structure. Any issues were met with prompt solutions, many times going above what was expected. The view from the condo was incredible!! We chose to stay in the second room as we could see sunrise WHILE LAYING IN BED!! You WILL view sea turtles just off the lanai every single day, especially during high tide. Two couples can stay comfortably, however, there is only one stand up shower (other is a tub/shower without doors). Bedrooms are right next to each other & second bedroom closes off as a room with an accordian wall. The list of recommendations were on point & we found ourselves going to Cafe Ole every chance we had. The plantation around Cafe Ole was beautiful. Great spot to walk around, eat, and shop for gifts and local food. We highly recommend.

We had an amazing stay at Andrew & Heidi’s place. We absolutely love the charm of Kihei. We enjoyed the local beaches & Ulalani’s shaved ice. The location is close to the grocery store, Starbucks and local restaurants. We also enjoyed the pool and barbecue in addition to the amazing massage chair. Our daughter loved all of the beach gear, as well. Andrew was super responsive and also allowed us to check in a bit early which we truly appreciated! We had a wonderful time!!

Wonderful stay at this Maui condo! Having the beach right outside the window was awesome. Will definitely look to stay here if we ever come back!
