Staying in this very spacious and very clean Studio was really Wonderful!! Allan and Anne Marie will take such good care of every step of your reservation. Délicieux séjour de 14 jours ! 1- ENVIRONNEMENT : Accès très facile à Baby beach en vélo mis à disposition. Quartier très chic, beaux jardins et pistes cyclables pour rejoindre PAIA ou Kanaha. On entends un peu les avions et la route de loin. Très calme et verdoyant. 2- APPARTEMENT: Grand extérieur agréable avec chaises longues et rack à planche. À notre arrivée, les chaises longues étaient un peu sales et la terrasse sentait la poule ou le pigeon. J’ai nettoyé tout ça à mon arrivée. Intérieur très bien agencé : entrée possible par la salle de bain, parfait pour prendre une douche après la plage. Nous n’avons pas eu besoin de climatisation car les fenêtres traversantes et le ventilateur sont efficaces. Cuisine complètement équipée, presque comme à la maison. J’ai aimé: -les rack pour les planches à voile ( super!) -la douche extérieure pour tout rincer, -les vélos prêtés pour aller à la plage ( Merci) -l’accès gratuit aux machines à laver le linge ( pratique pour un séjour long).

We had a wonderful stay here! This is a beautiful, secluded spot with very hospitable hosts. We enjoyed the decks and views immensely. We were able to open the doors (with screens) and listen to all the nature surrounding us as we went to sleep. Steve and Diane were very accommodating and gave us great recommendations and helpful tips. We also appreciated the breakfast bars and coffee!!!

We couldn’t ask for a friendlier host or a more beautiful, unique, comfortable and stunningly decorated place to stay in Paia. This is the antidote to a cookie cutter big resort stay, with all the benefits of a truly local vibe and host. Will definitely stay here on our next trip to Maui! Thank you Dave!

We had a wonderful first ever visit to Maui in Kihei at Lindy’s. She is helpful kind and welcoming. As everyone says it’s central to many places. A walkable part of the island. Kamala Park/sunset viewing 3 blocks away. Beaches south and snorkeling in Makena and Waimea within 15min. Lindy has 2 beach chairs, towels, and an umbrella. A lovely sunny garden table & chairs to drink coffee in the morning and star viewing at night. A soft bed for daily naps. Plenty of shampoo, conditioner and gentle shower gel for showers after beach time. Everything was clean and cared for and property was secured. Very thankful for a parking spot in her driveway for the rental car. It’s an enough room for a couple, but maybe not big enough for 2 friends or a small family. Thanks for sharing the space with us!

We enjoyed knowing Lee and Sandra were always there if needed and very helpful! We felt right at home the whole time. Very clean, gorgeous garden and home.

Sandra & Lee have created a beautiful little oasis in their manicured and yet very homey property. The gardens, the 9’ salt water pool, the morning bird songs, and the attention to detail make this a “home away from home” kind of stay. I really appreciated the convenient proximity to all of the Maui day-trip locations. You don’t have to worry about getting stuck in traffic on the Pali like a stay on the Lahaina-Kaanapali side often imposes. Bordering on Wailea, it’s only a couple of minutes (walk or drive) to so many perfect sunset spots, fabulous beach walks and dining/shopping options. I won’t hesitate to book their place again when I return to Maui, and I’ve been to Maui over 30 times, so I know the island well! Thanks so much Sandra and Lee! You’re the hosts with the most!

We can't recommend this place enough! Truly a relaxing oasis. The location was quiet but close to everything you might want to do, the pool was pristine and the perfect temperature. The bed was big and cozy, the shower giant and luxurious. The outdoor kitchen area was fantastic for making a fresh breakfast and the beach chairs were the best for reading poolside. We will be back!

Todd was responsive when messaged and the stay was pleasant. No AC but the nights are cool and the ceiling fans are strong (and have remotes). It was nice to have a little stock of amenities to use and contribute to such as sun spray, laundry detergent, and other things that aren't the easiest to travel with. I was in the area for work and it was really nice to have a quiet place to stay that was away from the tourist hubbub. I wouldn't recommend this place without some vehicle accommodation from the get-go; the nearest bus stop is about 1 mile away, same as the nearest grocery store. The location is beautiful, though, and I really enjoyed all the times I walked and driven.

Lori's place is wonderful. Everything is clean and high quality. Even the snacks were high end. There is no washer/dryer, but Lori offers full service. I wouldn't normally take her up on it, but she even washed some clothes because I was planning to wash them. Highly recommend her little respite house and the beautifully decorated private patio with lounge chairs. Kula is a very beautiful area of Maui. Some Airbnb's are managed by companies now and can be run down, but Lori's place is the real deal how Airbnb was intended.

Not only was Curtis and Jill's place beautiful, but it had everything you need, and even some things you didn't think you need. They have gone above and beyond to provide so many things to make a great stay. For example, they provided us snorkeling equipment and beach chairs. They provided a tote bag to carry groceries. They provided a clothes hamper to place dirty clothes in until time for washing (and the washer and dryer were just outside our door.) We were a little nervous about the shared kitchen area, but it turned out to be a great thing. The kitchen had everything we need to cook some of our meals, and it also had a nice porch area to eat on with a gorgeous view.

This was a great, last minute find when our plans changed. It was exactly what we needed and in the right location. The place is nice and the patio/backyard is beautiful.

Nice airbnb and a clean room. We also could use the washroom and parking spot which was really a plus. The appartement was nice and we had a great time in Maui. There is one thing you have to take into consideration: it is nowhere nereby any of the tourist spots, everything is a minimum of 30 minutes drive. Lastly, i would recommend other bedsheets because the fabric gets very hot, especially with this temperature. Cotton or something would be perfect! Doesnt take anything away from this nice appartment, would really recommend.
