Another wonderful stay at Bay Cottage #1. It’s a fabulous location overlooking the bay and quiet. All the amenities I needed were there and everything was in working order.

This cabin was so dreamy! On our drive in, we spotted a beautiful gray fox and a few deer. The forest surrounding the cabin is just beautiful. The cabin had everything we needed. I thought I wouldn’t like to walk to the bath house, but honestly I thoroughly enjoyed it. It’s only a short walk, and it gives you multiple chances to spot wildlife. The bath house is clean and has everything you need. I especially enjoyed the French press coffee and slow mornings reading in the cabin

We absolutely enjoyed the home. The place was spotless, cozy and had everything we need for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect for exploring the area.Eddie and Heather are friendly and responsive. I’d definitely recommend staying here and would love to come back again next time 😊

Beautiful Getaway! Our family of 5 (2 adults, 5-year-old, 1-year-old, small dog) spent American Thanksgiving week at Carley's place on Pender Island and had an amazing and relaxing week of family time. The house is even more unique (in the best possible way) than the pictures show, the views are amazing, and the kids spent days just exploring the space. We hiked each day, explored the island, and enjoyed the sunsets and fireplace. The hosts are communicative, and the place has all the amenities you could need. 10/10 would recommend and hope to come back again!

This place was huge and accommodated all 6 of us comfortably. There is a Jack and Jill half bath connected to two of the rooms, a full bath in one of the bedrooms, another full bath upstairs by the bedrooms and a half bath on the first level. Sunny was a great host and very responsive. As mentioned in other reviews, the house is a little dated but I believe he’s working on getting it updated. We did find a half full white claw can in the window in the dining area, assuming from the prior vacationers, but nothing extreme in the way of cleanliness. The floors and stairs can be a bit slippery if only wearing socks, so please be careful!! All in all, this was a great house and location!

We had a great stay. The place was perfect for our visit being close to friends, family and the city. Our dog was very comfortable there while on his first big trip.

Communication: Fast reply, we booked in last minute and Zoe instantly replied to make sure our booking details are attended. Throughout the trip they also communicated in an effecient and respectful way Place: Newly renovated modern style sqeaky clean basement suit, with high quality utensils. Beds on firmer side but very comfy. Hosts give attention to details for your best experience, such welcoming snacks, auto lighting on when going out in the dark , earplugs for each guest etc. very quiet with only occasionally upstairs steps even for super sensitive family members. Parking: Ample free street parking just in front of the place for two cars. Eco-friendly: Clear instructions on trash and recycling process. Visiting from US we definitely learned so much and really appreciate Vancouver s care to environment! The Airbnb was a great spot to stay. Me and my friend needed a place to stay for the weekend in Vancouver and Cindy made us feel welcomed as if it’s our own home. She was a great host, very easy to communicate with, and cares for her guests. I arrived earlier than my check in, and Cindy made sure to help accommodate me with whatever I needed. The host in all in all was great. The Airbnb was a great place to stay at, beautiful view. Was in downtown which made everything walkable. Airbnb is very clean and fitting for families who are visiting that need a place. Overall a beautiful Airbnb that’s affordable and amazing host I don’t see a reason why you shouldn’t book it if you are thinking about it. Thanks Cindy once again!

Billie’s place was the perfect spot for a trip to Salt Spring Island. Really appreciated the welcome, orientation of the suite and local recommendations. I’d love to stay again and will definitely recommend!

Lillian was wonderful with our check in, we ran into some issues at home and ended up having to leave late , she was attentive and made the process very smooth. The space is great if you are in town to go to an event, we were here for a hockey game with our teenage boys and the space was very comfortable for the 5 of us. The kitchen is very limited so if you’re a big cook you may run into some shortages but other then that it was a lovely stay and reasonably clean. The view is absolutely stunning especially at night! The beds were comfortable and there were tons of pillow options along with extra blankets if needed. I highly recommend Lillian’s place, and for the very convenient location the price over all wasn’t bad. Bonus to be right at a skytrain station made going out and exploring great we were able to leave our vehicle in the secure parking and not worry about transportation! Thanks Lillian !

Spotlessly clean. Fantastic apartment for our family of 5. Amazing location right next to the sky train and Rogers Arena (highly recommend going to see an ice hockey game!). Supermarket just round the corner. Lovely views, the apartment has everything you need and we made good use of the swimming pool and hot tub which is really big. Overall we had a fantastic stay and the host was very responsive.

This is a great spot for inter-generational families because the layout of living areas and bedrooms allows everyone to to be separate or together as they choose. We loved the quirkiness combined with the lovely modern bathrooms. And the property surrounding the house is so much fun to explore. It is a great family house and all the kids loved the pool and water slide. We have already decided to come back next year.

Emilia's cottage getaway was wonderful! The Airbnb was distant enough to feel private, and the hot tub being available was amazing! Emilia was very responsive and helpful. Would recommend 👍

Toren was great! Circumstances allowed for an early check-in so we could drop off our bags instead of carrying them around town for a few more hours which was super nice! Had some slight difficulties getting into the elevator and up to the room but Toren was very responsive when we needed help! The apartment was very clean and the limited check-out instructions was a nice perk! Super convenient location for BC Place and Rogers center and any other attractions are just a short drive or walk away.

We had a fantastic stay! The space was incredibly clean, thoughtfully designed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. It’s clear Julie and John put a lot of care into making the space welcoming and functional. On top of that, they were absolutely wonderful—friendly, responsive, and made us feel right at home. We would love to stay again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Wonderful suite on the lower level of a character house in East Van. Quick, kind communication.. clean thoughtful space, beautiful little patio zone.. super close to everything on Commercial Drive and just down the road from a fantastic park (open green space, community gardens, tennis courts with views of the mountains!) Mieke was kind to let me check out late as they didn’t have someone arriving today which made my travel much smoother. I’d stay again in a heartbeat. You can hear the family upstairs from time to time but even less than I expected. Bed seemed very new - firm but comfy - having laundry is always a bonus. Loved it all. Thanks!

this was our second stay, this time with our dog. we really like Andrew's place. it is so unique and charming and the neighborhood is very nice and quiet. it is close to most of our family and we would absolutely stay again

Virpi is a helpful, responsive, and accommodating host. We appreciated that the unit is well stocked (lots of extra blankets, enough dishes, laundry detergent that we could use, etc). It's worth noting for us because we are a family of five and have stayed in too many places where this isn't the case! The unit was simple and clean and a great affordable option in the area.

We had an amazing stay at Gramma Rikki’s beautiful home! It was perfect for our group of two families (4 adults + 3 young kids). The house was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed—from a well-equipped kitchen and cozy bedrooms to toys, books, and kid-friendly touches throughout. The huge yard, hot tub, and fresh-water pond were big hits, and the peaceful setting made it easy to relax. Gramma Rikki was incredibly warm and welcoming - an outstanding host. We’d absolutely come back again!

We stayed at Dusty’s laneway house for a week over spring break it was perfect for our little family of four. Location is safe and quiet. So peaceful and lush. The unit was clean and well appointed. Crescent beach and the amazing Natalie’s pizza is a 4 min drive. Would stay here again and highly recommend. We had a great stay thank you!

This was a wonderful space to unwind and enjoy the beauty of salt spring island. Lisa and Gary were excellent hosts and helpful with recommendations and assistance as needed. We enjoyed the patio, hot tub, grill, and view throughout the stay. The frogs lulled us to sleep and birds woke us up daily. It is a place we hope to return to for sure.
