In all aspects this place exceeded my expectations. It’s in the centre of town, authentic neighborhood, with lots of bars and restaurants within 10” walk. It’s super quiet and the roof terrace is a great place to relax, sit, read. The interior is beautifully furnished. The place is intimate, cosy. I felt at home immediately. Maybe the time of the year I was traveling, February, and the beautiful small town of Tavira added to these experiences. José is a fantastic host. His restaurant tips were absolutely briljant. Some people complain about the noise of the bins that are emptied early morning or night but this is really small noise. The rest of the time you hear nothing. At least not during my stay. I was alone this time but my wife and I already agreed to put this apartment as our nr 1 when returning.

On arrival, Ana and Fer greeted us like dear friends, which made us feel right at home and very welcome. As you enter the property, the first thing you notice is the fresh smell of cleanliness and a gentle pleasant aroma of airfresh diffusers. Then, OMG! It's a palace! The place is modern, high tech, bright with high ceilings and very tastefully decorated. The outside is spacious, with soft seating areas, outside kitchen bar and toilet and a stunning large pool. If this was a hotel, it would be 7-star rated. TV's in bedrooms is a bonus, and we had the use of washing machine which was not listed. Ana and Fer left us a welcome gift of the local Sherry which was wonderful and much appreciated. They thought of everything you could possibly need for a very pleasant stay. The kitchen had plenty of condiments, coffee pods and necessary crockery, glassware and utensils. We slept like babies in their comfortable beds, and the bedroom had plenty of storage. The best! Highly recommended 👍👍👍

Wir hatten eine super Zeit in Chiclana. Die Unterkunft war klasse und auch die Unterstützung durch Javi war sehr gut.

Stayed with two families and it was perfect. This home is huge! The amenities were fantastic and it was super quiet. We went to Seville every day. Driving is easy, but the metro worked great. Drive to the Metromar for free parking (closes 11p or midnight, depending on the day) and then take the metro.

We really enjoyed the place. We chose it because of the garden, privacy, and quiet environment not only for us but especially for our child, and all these expectations were fulfilled. Even though we arrived during cold nights, we were provided with an additional radiator to ensure a comfortable stay. The location is fantastic! Just a few minutes walk to the sea, yet in a quiet area where you can relax and enjoy a barbecue in the garden. Communication was fast and friendly-thank you for that! If possible, we would love to come back again!

We verbleven in Juan zijn vakantiehuis als uitvalsbasis om Sevilla en omstreken te verkennen en dat was perfect! Het huisje is zeer ruim, mooie tuin met verfrissend zwembad. Goeie bedden, propere badkamer. Alles was aanwezig voor een aangenaam verblijf! Zeker een aanrader!

Fin de semana en familia genial, aunque el tiempo no acompañara. a destacar diría que para acceder a la casa hay una cuesta bastante empinada para subir con el coche y que las habitaciones no tienen persianas, con lo que al amanecer entraba toda la luz e impedía seguir durmiendo. Por lo demás todo genial, casas muy acogedoras y un entorno en el campo de paz y tranquilidad

Excellent flat with two bedrooms for 3-4 people with a sunny dining kitchen. Close to a small river harbour and above a police station - so super safe! A little out of town but easy to reach by bus. We enjoyed our stay - many thanks!

We visited during Santa Semana (Holy week) and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment is very close to Alameda and Called Feria with nice cafes and restaurants around. the apartment itself is very nice with nice furnishings and all the necessaties needed for a pleasant stay. would definitely stay again.

Great place , great location, great host. My only recommendation would be to get some extra chairs. There was only one Ikea lounge type chair for an apartment that accommodates up to 7-8 people. Couch was great for a bed but not great to sit on as a couch. Otherwise lots of chairs for dining, inside and out. Wonderful stay with wonderful hosts. would highly recommend!

Hemos pasado unos días muy buenos, todo tal cual las fotos, limpieza y comodidad. La terraza una maravilla. Todo lo necesario en la cocina y baño. Juani muy amable y atenta, recomendadísimo!!

One of the best airbnbs I’ve stayed in! Esperanza is a fantastic host with great communication. The apartment is amazing with everything you could want or need for your stay, and the terrace is brilliant for chilling out after a day of exploring Seville. Definitely recommend!

Excellent stay in wonderfully sited and well equipped apartment in the centre of Seville.Had very modern facilities and decor and was impeccably clean. Two lovely sunny outdoor terraces with fantastic views of Sevilles skyline including the Giralda floodlit at night. Close to lovely nearby squares with typical restaurants and bars and within easy walking distance of all main tourist sites of historical centre. Nicely maintained characterful building in quiet street but close to all amenities.

Excellent séjour. L’appartement est très bien situé, nous avons tout fait à pied. Il y avait tout ce qu’il fallait dans l’appartement.

Great apartment, in fact it’s bigger than I anticipated ! Very good location, very central and close to grocery shops, restaurant and parks. It’s a bit spicy price for the apartment, but totally worth it.

Fantastic place and a great base for exploring the Algarve. The marina is a couple of minutes walk and has a few bars and restaurants . The old town is a five minute walk, which has loads of restaurants and places to eat, bakeries for your fresh De Nata. Take a short boat ride to the islands of Armona and Culatra, which has breathtakingly beautiful beaches and a really cool beach bar ran by two of the happiest people I’ve ever met. Boats costs us around €14 return (2 adults, 2 kids 11 & 8) and takes 30-40 minutes, well worth it. To get around just Uber, it’s very cheap! Taxi to Faro around €9 and Vilamoura €20.

This place was modern, super clean and a great location. Excellent restaurants close by. The host was friendly and very knowledgeable about the area. I would definitely stay here again!

Macarena ist eine hervorragende Gastgeberin, freundlich, zuverlässig und jederzeit ansprechbar. Die Wohnung ist hochwertig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Bett ist bequem. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht, sogar ein Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen. Die Terrasse ist groß und ganztägig sonnig. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer sehr gepflegten Anlage. Nach einem kurzen Fußweg steht man direkt am Atlantik.

Alojamiento en perfectas condiciones, muy limpio, bien equipada de electrodomésticos y las camas una maravilla. El residencial precioso y muy tranquilo. Sin duda volveremos a repetir. El trato con el anfitrión muy bueno también, responden rápido. Las indicaciones concretas, útiles y rápidas.

Wir waren fast 3 Monate bei Joana zu Gast. In der gemütlichen Wohnung lässt es sich auch bei etwas schlechterem Wetter gut aushalten. Es gibt viele kleine, liebevolle Details incl. dezenter Weihnachtsdeko und einem weihnachtlichen Geschenk zum Genuss. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Trotz der zwei Kochstellen haben wir sehr oft gekocht. Es geht also. Wir haben diese helle, freundliche Wohnung mit dem sonnigen Balkon genossen. In der Nähe (2 Gehminuten) gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt und eine Bar mit wunderbarem Service. Der Weg zu Fuss nach Tavira dauert ca. 25 Minuten, aber für diese nette Stadt mit den vielen ausgezeichneten Restaurants lohnte sich jeder einzelne Schritt. Eine tolle Wohnung, auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt, mit einer sehr netten Gastgeberin in einer wirklich schönen Stadt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

It was great time , great place and great Rui. Apartment really clean and has everything that you can need. We have breakfast at home( all equipment at your service), for lunch and dinner we choose every time different restaurant and enjoy best food . Beach just couple minute away. Spain and Portugal was so nice even at off season time. We think our vacation in Manta Rota at Rui's apartment was good idea, hope to do this again!

Had a great stay. The apartment matched the photos, it was very clean and in an excellent location. It has a sea view from the balcony and is a couple of minutes walk to the market. The apartment is spacious and well equipped with lots of thoughtful things like blankets for cool evenings on the balcony, separate towels for the pool and beach, a trolley and beach accessories should you want them in addition to a well stocked kitchen and washing machine and drier. There are two pools on the roof you can use, one outdoor and one heated indoor. This is a lovely space to relax, sunbathe and swim. Maura gave us all the info we needed and kept our bags when we arrived early. I would highly recommend this place for a stay in the heart of Olhao.
