After 2 weeks of volunteering, this accommodation was great to come down and relax. The location was really great and Barbara was always on hand to help with recommendations, a bajaji etc. needed. It was a great end to our time in Zanzibar. Highly recommended!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in bester Lage direkt am Strand. Ausstattung und Sauberkeit sind sehr gut. Die Terrasse, die bei Flut nur einen Sprung vom Indischen Ozean entfernt ist, ist einzigartig. Wir haben in Jambiani keine andere Unterkunft gesehen, die solch einen privaten Zugang zum Meer bietet. Bei Ebbe kann man sich immer noch in den vorhandenen Whirlpool legen😎 Es gab in den zehn Tagen, die wir vor Ort waren zweimal Stromausfall, dies wurde aber umgehend durch ein Stromaggregat aufgefangen. Hakuna matata! Was unseren Aufenthalt zu etwas Besonderem gemacht hat war Barau, der Manager vor Ort. Er wohnt in der Nachbarschaft, ist immer erreichbar und ein sehr hilfsbereiter, freundlicher und zuvorkommender Mensch. Er kümmert sich sehr gut um seine Gäste und hilft zuverlässig dabei alle Arten von Touren, ob zu Land oder zu Wasser zu organisieren. Außerdem bieten Barau und seine Frau Zuhura sehr gutes authentisches Essen zu absolut erschwinglichen Preisen an. Also unbedingt ausprobieren!

ici tout est OK ! un emplacement comme il y en a peu je pense , ayant voyage en avril , nous étions proche de la plage privée ! l équipe est au top ! le breakfast en face de la mer est copieux ,préparé et servi avec soin par Rama et son équipe. Vous pouvez également leur faire confiance pour ce qui serait de l ordre des divers centres d intérêts.Poir ma part bois avons nage avec les dauphins ,organisé par haji ,un membre de la team .Vraiment cool et d un bon rapport qualité prix ! Entre une mer magnifique et un village authentique ,favorisant les échanges avec les locaux .franchement au top !je recommande sans hésiter !!!

Nakudenda House is a nice, spacious house in the heart of Jambiani village. The beach is just a stone's throw away. Lots of nice restaurants around. The house offers comfortable, large bedrooms. It's nicely decorated and has all you need to enjoy wonderful Jambiani. Eta and Romain are very nice hosts, very proactive and try to solve any problems as quickly as possible. Communicating with them was very easy and they go out of their way to make your stay a nice one.

Merci pour ce merveilleux séjour Raphael. La maison est magnifique, elle est conforme à la description. Elle est très bien entretenue, il y a des arbres fruitiers et des bougainviller sur la propriété et c'est magnifique La maison est équipé de tout ce qui vous sera nécessaire pour un séjour relaxant. La piscine est grande et propre, nous en profitions en fin d'après midi après être revenu de la plage (1 min à pied) Issa le gardien est un homme gentil, efficace et en qui l'on peut avoir confiance. Raphael est un hôte exceptionnel, il a répondu promptement à nos nombreuses sollicitation avec toujours un mots gentil et le sourire dans sa voix. Nous espérons le rencontrer un jour et il est certain que nous reviendrons chez lui. Allez y les yeux fermés

Greg und Grace haben uns im Vorfeld super unterstützt. Greg war sogar so lieb und hat 100€ für mich gewechselt, damit wir nicht für einen unfairen Kurs, Geld am Flughafen wechseln mussten und somit für die ersten Tage versorgt waren. Wir sind mitten in der Nacht auf Sansibar gelandet, dass von Greg organisierte Taxi hat uns am Flughafen abgeholt und Grace war so lieb uns in der früh, in Empfang zu nehmen. Beiden waren per Whats App immer erreichbar und haben uns wirklich sehr Gute Tipps zu guten Restaurants in der Umgebung gegeben. Zum Airbnb an sich, die Terrasse mit Whirlpool und die beleuchtete Poolanlage mit Blick aufs Meer, sind quasi rund um die Uhr nutzbar. Aus dem Schlafzimmer hat man einen unglaublichen Blick aufs Meer und kann am Morgen nach dem Aufwachen wirklich die schönsten Sonnenaufgänge betrachten. Auf Anfrage kann man sich Frühstück zubereiten lassen, man kann einfach die Uhrzeit ausmachen und sagen was man möchte. War also auch super! Wir hatten eine Gute Zeit :)

Dieses Airbnb ist der absolute Wahnsinn!!! Ich habe selten eine so nette und freundliche Person getroffen wie Calister. Wir wurden total lieb in Empfang genommen, wir haben eine Führung durch die Villa erhalten und uns wurde alles gezeigt. Die Villa ist Top ausgestattet und super modern und sauber und es riecht herrlich nach Citrus Duft. Der Kühlschrank war gefüllt mit Wasserflaschen und wir haben einen Obstkorb erhalten. Das gesamte Auftreten von Calister und Ihrem Team ist super professionell und man fühlt sich sehr Willkommen. Absolutes Highlight der Villa ist der tolle Pool, mit Blick aufs Meer. Ich würde diese Unterkunft immer wieder buchen und empfehle Sie definitiv weiter!!!

This beautiful apartment is brand new. Immaculate and very comfortable . It’s a cosy apartment with breathtaking views . We loved our stay here . Traditional yet modern style blends in this livable family home. Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances , all the amenities were perfect! I like the way the host created a beautiful setting every detail mattered . Every room is so livable and that’s what I love the most . We were planning to stay one month but ended up staying longer. Riziki is the most thoughtful gracious host who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable . Exceptional Hospitality.

Cynthia's home was perfect for our family. Home was exactly as what was in the picture. Upstairs area of home was open, bright, and welcoming. Ester rhe housekeeper was very accommodating, what ever we needed, she would make it happen. The clear glistening pool was my getaway spot. The home was in a quiet area, but only a few minutes from shopping, this was the perfect location for us. I would definitely recommend this home.

Fantastic location on the ocean, with fabulous views from all terraces and especially from the upper outside deck. Great open plan living space with views and spacious bedrooms with en suite bathrooms . The staff were incredibly welcoming, kind and discreet, always there to greet and assist. The property and gardens are really well designed and have a great flow. Superb walks to the reefs at low tide. The remote location provides great privacy and relaxation, highly recommended. We will be back!

Beautiful, peaceful place to rest in. We enjoyed swimming in the private pool, and the stunning view of the sea. Julia provided us with a cot, a high chair, and even some toys for our son.

Sacha’s place is very modern and spacious. It’s located very close to the beach, perfect location for a peaceful stay and sunrise watching. Sacha is very responsive and helpful in giving directions and recommendations in the area. Overall, it was a nice stay!

I can’t even describe how happy am I that stayed at Jos’s place! I definitely would like to come back! The villa is stunning, and beautiful! Every detail, every single book! The host ia amazing! The team is great, we had an amazing breakfast every day and felt very comfortable and safe! The location is perfect, just 1 min from the beach and close to the nice places, restraints, beach clubs. Jos gave us perfect suggestions, booked a car for us, ordered taxi. I've never met someone so open, kind, light! Thank you, Jos, and all team!

We had an amazing week at Sabrina's property with three children. The direct beach access was a real highlight. A special mention must go to Winnie, the caretaker, who was exceptionally helpful and responsive throughout our stay. She was always just a phone call away and took excellent care of us and the property. We also appreciated Sabrina taking the time to visit and ensure everything was to our satisfaction. This was a truly memorable experience.

Larita Place is spacious, with beautiful views that look even better than the pictures. The host is truly awesome and provides excellent service. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and didn’t expect such high quality. 100% recommended - don’t hesitate, or you’ll miss out!
