We had a fantastic stay! The house was very clean and cozy. We felt right at home. The guide book that Pablo left was very helpful and informative. The beds were cozy and bathrooms clean and luxurious. The pool was the highlight of our trip- the kids spent hours having an amazing time. We loved it and will be back!

What’s the last minute thing but was well worth it and and the progress of it me and my fiancé discovered that family was from the same place. It’s funny how you meet people and how things come together for you. Thank you for the hospitality and the upgrade very much appreciated

Ronnie’s house was awesome! We brought our boat over and it was just a quick ride to open water. The kids loved the pool when we went in the boat. House was spotless and very nice! Ronnie was very quick to answer and checked on us every day during the stay. Don’t hesitate on booking. You will be happy you did!

Our family really enjoyed our time here. The house was very nice, clean, and well equipped. We spent most of our time outside - the lanai/pool area with the VIEW of the river was BEAUTIFUL and so peaceful. The host was great! We are looking forward to coming back.

Beautiful home in peaceful neighborhood with great location! The home was very clean, had nice amenities, and we felt right at home. Loved the pool and private back yard. Dara was quick to respond to any questions and made the rental a 5 star experience.

Osvaldo's place was great. Quiet neighborhood and nice location. We were there for work and it provided us all we needed. Osvaldo was super responsive.

Nice place for two, central location, quiet, simple, budget friendly, having access to laundry is a plus! There are a few extras that could come in hand like sprays, toiletries, snacks, very helpful.

Andy's place was very quaint and comfortable, perfect for our quick visit to Cape Coral to visit relatives.

The location was absolutely perfect- super easy walk into town to grab lunch and dinner, and super easy walk to beach- and the cute little beach bars with music. The back patio was right on the canal and perfect to have a cup of coffee in the morning and a cocktail in the afternoon. Would highly recommend this place if coming to FMB.

We had a wonderful stay. It was a quiet, well situated condo. We took in a few spring training games close by and had good experiences at nearby restaurants. The condo itself was very roomy, well supplied, and well maintained. We especially enjoyed the waterway from our lanai. Our hosts always responded immediately to any communication we had with them. We would highly recommend staying here.

We had rented a different unit, but when we arrived it was not available due to plumbing issues. Brandon had tried to reach out, but we were flying and were not able to talk to him right away. He had another unit about 1000 feet down the street ready for us at Off the Charts, so this review is really about Off the Charts Island Resort. It was a brand new, and a much larger unit. He brought us kayaks to use on the canal. The unit was very clean. The appliances were new and worked great. The property owner/manager Brian was really nice. There were a lot of manatees in the canal and we could fish right out of our sliding door. I caught a mangrove snapper. It was quiet and peaceful and a very short walk to local restaurants. We had a great time.

We traveled to Gabriel’s place during spring break. Beautiful house perfect for families, all the amenities you need for the stay and for the beach. We really enjoyed heading out to Sanibel island which wasn’t to far from the house. Gabriel was so great at being responsive and also giving recommendations on places to go and things to eat. The coffee bar was a great thing to wake up to get the day started! Will definitely be back!

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. But the real highlight was the pool – clean, private, and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. It felt like having our own personal resort! The host was super friendly and responsive, and check-in was a breeze. We would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and fun vacation spot!

Fantastic place for a family vacation! House was beautiful, spotless, well laid out and clutter free. The Pool area is like a resort, the hot tub is such a nice addition to enjoy too. The house is very well located, easy to get to, and has everything you need and more. The Punta Gorda Villa was beautiful, there was plenty of room for our party of 14. Pavel was very responsive to questions I had, even on Christmas Eve when Amazon decided to deliver a package for us early. At some point he was able to bring our package in so when we arrived it was in the house. It was nice to come and relax at a home after our boys’ baseball tournament instead of a hotel room. If we are ever in the area again we would definitely rent this beautiful home.

The house was beautiful. Host was wonderful and very accommodating! We fished and swam most of the time, even went and saw the burrowing owls a few lots down. House was great and accommodated our 2 families.
