We are located on a dead end street across from an Oak Savannah that was part of Laurelwood Golf and now is an undeveloped park, feels like country, yet walking distance to the U of O, Hayward Field, Matthew Knight, restaurants etc. We are close to scenic Ridgeline hiking trail. This bright 770 sq ft suite consists of the entire upstairs of my home with two spacious bedrooms, one king and one queen, a large family room with a queen sofa bed, and bathroom with double sinks and tub/shower. The kitchenette includes an apartment size fridge, microwave, coffee maker, instant pot, and convection oven/air fryer. I provide breakfast (yogurt, fruit, granola, cereal, coffee, tea, cream). Guests enter through the shared front door of the house, and head upstairs to the suite.
