Quiet retreat just two blocks from the Oregon State University campus with a private entrance off the driveway and reserved off-street parking. Just a 5-15 minute walk down tree-lined streets to central campus, Reser Stadium, Gill Colliseum, Greek Houses, and nearby restaurants & coffee shops. Easy push-button entry. Quiet hosts live upstairs in the main house. No smoking, pets, or parties.

There's a Kureg coffee machine, MINIMAL kitchenette equipped with dishes, sink, microwave and small fridge (NO cooktop or stove), LARGE KING BED with individual cotton duvet covers lofted over a cool, memory foam mattress. Great high speed WIFI, a 42-inch flat screen TV with LOCAL channels ONLY or you may access your Apple TV account. The back deck overlooks our beautifully landscaped backyard and quaint chicken coup.

Located in quiet West Eugene neighborhood close to everything. The Food Pantry/Kitchenette with coffee maker (coffee choices) , electric kettle (choices of teas, apple cider & hot chocolate), paper cups, plates & bowls, and paper towels, microwave & small frig. Lots of light, nice & clean, pet friendly with enclosed small yard.

Elegant Master Suite with king size bed, its own private entrance, bath and kitchenette. You must be comfortable going up 3 stairs to enter the suit from the patio. This is the only entrance. Located across from Pine Ridge Golf Course in a quiet & friendly neighborhood, guests will enjoy a country setting with Mountain View’s, yet only approximately 20 minutes by car to downtown Eugene, the University of Oregon, Hayward Field, Matt Knight Arena or Autzen Stadium.

3 miles from Wine Country (10 wineries within 20 mins) and 10 mins from downtown Eugene and the airport. Our lovely Bunkhouse was built for a quiet, peaceful retreat. All will enjoy the surrounding natural view, along with the various wild birds. On a lucky day the Spencer Creek Elk herd will make an appearance. Quick travel to fine food, great adult beverages, and Univ. of Oregon Ducks athletic events. Midway between the Coast and the mountains (1 hr each).

Private Quiet Spacious Modern Studio + 2 Bikes

Studio Lindner is a self-contained modern and clean studio, with its own outside entrance, en suite bathroom and kitchenette. It accommodates 2 adults most comfortably but can sleep up to 4 (5 with 2 kids).There is a specific parking space, off street for the guests. We are in a quiet, residential neighborhood.
