Dear guests, this dreamlike flat (90m²) is located about 100m from the Beach and Yacht harbour and offers a magnificent view over the lake and its breathtaking sunsets. The house is so close to the lake that in summer you can easily go home wrapped in a bath towel. Want to take a quick dip? No problem! The famous 'Blütenweg' and Lake Constance cycle path are in the immediate vicinity. Restaurants, railway station and boat landing stage, an organic bakery/butcher and a small shop as well.

Die Bushaltestellen Richtung Friedrichshafen und Richtung Meersburg / Überlingen sind genau vor der Tür. Der See ist in 5 min und das Freibad ist in 3 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Es gibt diverse Restaurants (Hotels, Thai Imbiss, Pizzeria etc.) in der Umgebung und alle sind zu Fuß erreichbar.

Enjoy your morning tea or coffee on the balcony and feel like you are on a retreat. A small kitchenette is located outside the room on the hallway area. Private parking in front of the house, also space for caravans and campers. We rent the room on a weeky basis.

Das Haus ist ca. 500 Meter von der Messe Friedrichshafen und ca. 3 km von der Stadtmitte Friedrichshafen entfernt. Die Bushaltestelle liegt in nur 100 Meter Entfernung.
