We had a great time exploring the city from here! We were able to walk very conveniently anywhere we wanted to go including to and from Bank of America stadium in less 15 minutes. The outdoor rooftop patio and other community amenities were awesome. The only struggle we had was with the use of the app to get throughout the building. It’s not hard but tricky if you’re not used to it. We were also a little disappointed we couldn’t use the apartments patio after pool hours. But that’s to no fault of the host! We would definitely come back!

Sherrys place was great for our 4 night stay. The location was perfect, with restaurants and stores within 10 mins. Gorgeous lake views. We enjoyed sitting out on the patio taking it all in. I couldn’t ask for a better location. The space is updated and very clean.

The place was as described and much much more. The lake was beautiful and peaceful even though we were there over Thanksgiving and the weather wasn’t the greatest but it was warmer than Ohio. Had a slight hiccup with the code to get in but Marla was there real quick to help us out. She went above and beyond to give us suggestions where to eat and where to explore since we never been to the area. I would highly recommend Marla’s lake house. We can’t wait to go back. Great weekend spent at Lore’s place. Pictures do not do it justice. Better than we expected. Very clean and everything you would need. The design of inside was beautiful. Every detail Lore has covered and more than you need. Will definitely be back again. Kudos to a wonderful place.

Great condo, spacious and beautiful view on the lake. Perfect for our family size and near a great coffee shop.

We were only there one night but it was just what we needed. Quiet and clean and very comfortable. Robbi was extremely nice and accommodating. She even had such nice touches for our dog from a bone to a bowls already set up with water. We will stay again when in town.

This apartment is spacious and comfortable. Nice view and patio. Quick drive to Davidson Main Street. Close to highway. Nice touches like plenty of coffee, tea, trial size toiletries. Wi-Fi worked great. Host responded quickly and I was happy that they didn’t proactively send us a ton of messages checking on us. I also liked that check out was just lock up and leave. No list of chores. 😅 We will stay here again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The house was absolutely stunning and well furnished! The pictures posted were amazing but actually being in the home was absolutely breath-taking. The cost was well worth the experience! The house is extremely spacious inside (for my family of 9) and the exterior was the icing on the cake between the fire pit, lake activities (kayaking provided), and just relaxing in the pool or on the balcony. The surrounding neighborhood is all newly developed luxury homes right next to a golf course. Restaurants and shopping centers are about 10-15 mins away. Adam & Caleb were excellent hosts and were extremely welcoming! I will definitely be booking again with them in the future! We had a great stay here! The pictures do not do this house justice. It is large and very well kept. Anything and everything you could ask for in a home away from home. Thank you Dean and Angie for hospitality and giving us the opportunity to have a great time with all of our adult children.

I had a wonderful week at Patrick and Carla’s house! I drove down from New York and it was the exact getaway that I needed. The house and the views of the lake were beautiful. The community the house is in is also beautiful and it’s a quick drive away from plenty of gas stations, restaurants, etc. Patrick and Carla were also great hosts, they were very responsive and helpful with any questions I had. I couldn’t recommend their house more!

Our family had a memorable stay at this beautiful lake house! We were impressed by how clean, spacious, and well-equipped it was. The lake views from both outside and inside the home were huge selling points for us and certainly delivered! The house had a fully stocked kitchen, cozy bedrooms, and plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. We were pleasantly surprised by the beach area. It provided easy water access for swimming, kayaking, and just lounging back in the sun. Having life vests and kayaks available was much appreciated. With a couple of pop-up showers, it was nice to still enjoy the outdoors from the covered areas of the home and dock. Communication with the host was excellent and check-in and check-out procedures were clear and simple. We would absolutely return for another stay, but with friends, as it wasn't ideal for everyone in our family due to the narrow doorframes of the bathrooms and exterior steps that created some access difficulties.

Ok you have to stay here! The house is just lovely with beautiful vaulted ceilings, wood beams, bright sunlight filtering through the giant windows and skylights complete with beautiful views. It is designed to feel peaceful, stylish and comfortable. It literally has ALL the things to do and plenty of privacy. I can’t even list it all the amenities in the space given. To top it off the host Allison was beyond thoughtful! There was a little sign to welcome us and she left a cake to celebrate my husband’s birthday. Made us feel like we were staying in the home of close friends. Seriously just rent this one, you WILL love it!

We chose this condo for a girls’ week (plus budget planning for 2025). We wanted a place we didn’t have to leave; somewhere where we could cozy up and enjoy the week - and we did just that! We didn’t leave the condo (except to walk my dog - it’s pet friendly!) all week until the night of the concert we were going to. It was very clean and the kitchen had everything you’d need. Katie was super helpful prior to the trip and during. Very responsive! The fireplace you see in the photos doesn’t work. It was pretty cold the week we were there and it snowed so it would have been nice to have been able to turn that on. Not a huge deal, but just an fyi. Again, Katie was fabulous and I would rent from her again!

Kim's home was amazing! Fully stocked, very clean, and felt just like home. Kim was also very responsive and accommodating. I look forward to staying here again when visiting Davidson.

Condo was just as described and exactly what we needed. It was clean and well appointed. We appreciate all their efforts. Keyless entry was easy to use and helpful.

The condo was well equipped, nicely furnished and decorated. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Unit on second floor elevator close by. Parking was on street but we had no problem finding convenient spots. Shower pressure was great! A/C was not locked at a temp which is a must for a hot sleeper. We definitely recommend Katie’s condo!

The apartment is located in a beautiful community by the lake but the moment you step into the space, the experience is already elevated. Squeaky clean, gorgeous lighting and lovely patio overlooking the lake and a restaurant. Thoughtful touches in the kitchen and bathroom. One of the best Airbnb’s i have stayed at.

One of the best decisions we made on a recent trip to NC was staying for 3 nights at Desiree’s lakefront condo in Davidson. Located on an inlet of beautiful Lake Norman this 2-bedroom rental exceeded our expectations. Curbside parking and ground-level access made entering and exiting the property quick and easy. And the 2-bedroom arrangement allowed us to put our 4-year old granddaughter to bed early while we stayed up to take in the view of the harbor or watch our favorite shows on the large-screen TV in our bedroom. We also enjoyed eating breakfast on the back porch and cooling off in the nearby pool. We did not have the time to enjoy all of the amenities the rental offered, but we made good use of the kitchen (with dishwasher and utensils) and the washer-dryer. Desiree’s lakefront property was a wise investment and contributed significantly to our enjoyment during our stay. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone seeking a quiet, private, and relaxing retreat!
