My apartment is situated in the trendy “Prenzlauer Berg” neighborhood. The apartment is on the 1st floor (Amer. 2nd), facing the quiet inner yard, well lit through two large French windows. The view features a restored factory and studios. The studio area is 40 square meters in size, contains a double bed, a mini kitchen containing everything to chill and cook. The studio has a lucid corridor and a luxury bathroom containing a shower and bathtub and underfloor heathing. The entire apartment is 60 square meters in size and tastefully furnished, mixing modern and classic design notes. Fast internet is available. The neighbourhood is very well liked and one of the trendiest in Berlin. Bakeries, coffee shops, bike rentals, public parks and a supermarket are in the immediate vicinity. The world renowned “Mauerpark” with its many attractions and flee market (on weekends) is 15 minutes by bike. The street is nonetheless quiet, situated between two large boulevards, with fantastic public transportation to the ariports as well as other central landmarks, and quarters, such as Alexanderplatz, the East Side Gallery, Mitte, Friedrichshain etc. You can walk to the Kastanienallee und Alte Schönhauser Allee, two hip shopping boulevards. A lot of young people live here, I am sure you will love it!

Alte Brennerei Nettelbeck - Loftwohnung

Wohnen und Urlaub unterm Storchennest in altem, denkmalgeschützten Gemäuer (erbaut 1850) im sogenannten Maschinenhaus der alten Schnapsbrennerei. In den Gewölberäumen finden regelmäßig Ausstellungen und Konzerte statt. In Kursen kann hier in der Werkstatt das Schmieden erlernt werden. Seit 4 Jahren vermieten wir bereits die erste Wohnung - mit der zweiten haben wir insgesamt 10 Schlafplätze, z.B. für Familientreffen oder Kurse - oder aber ihr genießt den Ort mit viel Platz allein oder zu zweit.

Müritzsee, Meck-Cottage II, Natur pur und Genuss

Unser Appartement bietet einen wunderschönen Ort der Erholung in ruhiger Umgebung. Die Dachfenster verfügen über ein Sonnenschutzrolle und separatem Fliegengitterrollo; Küchenzeile und separater Esstisch samt Sofa und Sessel, Bett befinden sich in einem Raum, Der Hofgarten lädt zum Verweilen ein. Den kleinen Badestrand findet man nur 300 mtr. entfernt, wo die Wasserlandschaft der Müritz einlädt zum Schwimmen, Paddeloder sonstiger Bootstour. Tagesausflüge mit dem Auto bieten schöne Ziele an.

This "penthouse" apartment is located in one of the prettiest corners of the old city center of the historic Hanse city of Stralsund (and UNESCO World Heritage site). It stretches over the two top floors just under the red-tile-covered roof of a house built sometime around 1760 over foundations from 1300. The sun-drenched apartment is two blocks from the harbor & Oceaneum to the east and, city hall/old market square to the west. Diese Maisonette Wohnung ist mitten in der Stralsunder Altstadt.

Hello, this is Alexander. I am a musician and IT director. This luxury flat has a real story. Built in the 90's , it was for a few years the flat of an international artist. Also one of the oldest AirBnB here : 85 square meters with 2,70 m of ceiling heights, with a direct view on the symbol of Berlin, and Alexanderplatz. My furniture are a mix of German vintage and contemporary (flat screen with Apple TV...). Don't bring anything with you, everything is already in the flat, like a hotel.

Die Wohnung eignet sich gut für Familien, Paare und kleine Gruppen. Sie befindet sich im Steinseehaus, einem langem alten Backsteinbau auf einem großen Grundstück mit vielen Obstbäumen und Sträuchern, altem Baumbestand und Naturwiese direkt am See.

My place is close to Kastanienallee, on the 5th floor without an elevator and a nice view of the TV Tower. You have beautiful views and sunsets over a park and the roof tops through 2 big windows with french balconies. There are lots of south facing windows and a balcony to the backyard (officially a fire rescue balcony. So please be sure not disturb the neighbors!) The Area is full of bars, restaurants and clothing shops, and on weekends there are grocery and fleamarkets close by.

Der Gewerbehof Lehrter Straße, Ecke Kruppstraße ist zentral gelegen, mitten in Berlin in der Nähe des Hauptbahnhofs unmittelbar am Fritz-Schloss-Park mit Sportplätzen und einer Wellness-Oase. Das großzügige Loft im ersten Obergeschoss liegt sehr ruhig, von der Straße abgewandt mit Blick ins Grüne und verfügt über einen Balkon. Rundum leben und arbeiten sympathische Menschen, die vor allem mit Kunst, Architektur, Design oder Handwerk zu tun haben.

Große Loft mit eigenem Garten im Naturschutzgebiet

Knehden liegt idyllisch in einem geschützten Naturareal, rund fünf Kilometer von Templin entfernt. In der Umgebung brüten nicht nur Kraniche, sondern auch Seeadler und Fischadler. Zudem kann man mit etwas Glück Fischotter, Biber und farbenprächtige Eisvögel entdecken. Besonders eindrucksvoll ist im Herbst das Schauspiel des Kranichzugs. Drei Seen befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe und sind bequem zu Fuß oder per Fahrrad erreichbar.

Kreativurlaub

Das in den 1950er Jahren gebaute Kulturhaus liegt idyllisch in der Mitte von Steinfurth, an der Ochsenkoppel. Vor zehn Jahren haben wir uns in das Haus verliebt, es gekauft und saniert. Dabei entstanden für Gäste 2 Ferienapartments. Der Saal des Kulturhauses wird als Atelier genutzt. Auch als Kulturstätte lebt das Haus, neben einem regelmässigen Mal- und Zeichenkurs, gibt es Ausstellungen, Konzerte, Lesungen, Workshops und Feste.

We have renovated our unique loft in recent years with great attention to detail. We have taken great care to preserve the original factory style and reinterpret it in a cosy way. Nearby are shops, bars, the beautiful Orankesee lake with its beer garden and restaurant, as well as parks for walking or strolling. The nearest railway station can be reached in two to three minutes and you can explore Berlin from here.
