It is 3 biking minutes from the Erie Canal Trailway, 3 driving min. from I-90, & walking distance to restaurants, the famous Arkell Museum, waterfalls, swim holes, & hiking. The two story guesthouse is welcoming, well equipped (no TV), has AC, 1 queen size bed, 1 queen sofabed, is near Royal Ski Mount. (20 min), Glimmerglass (29 min) Copperstown (38 min), & Albany (50 min).

There is wifi, but phone service is not the greatest. As far as pets, I allow only dogs , no cats..
