We had a lovely stay! JC, the manager, was so helpful, friendly, and a good communicator. The unit was clean, well stocked, and had comfortable beds! It is very close to the beach with the ocean visible from the lanai and right across from one of the pools and jacuzzi. The beach is steps from the unit. It is on the smaller side and you can’t really walk a long distance, but it was never crowded and worked for us. The property is clean, gated, has assigned parking, multiple pools, a lazy river, and mini golf. The tennis courts were not operable during our visit. There is not much for restaurants in the immediate vicinity, but we did have a very nice meal at El Parrilla which is within walking distance of the property. The location is very central to many attractions, more touristy towns, a beaches, and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!!

Very scenic, perfect spot for our family of 4! Direct view of the beach, and a great balcony. There are some things worth knowing before you go: APARTMENT - There is no soap / shampoo, cooking oil, or laundry detergent - You'll have to bring a lot of basics, which is a bummer bc that's tough to bring on a flight - Beach chairs, towels, minigolf supplies were provided - There is no grill -A/C is in bedrooms only AQUATIKA - This is a gated community, not a resort. Great pools, great beach, but no restaurants or anything like that... not even a vending machine on the grounds - Good security - The lazy river is out of service. Would've been nice to know - Water slide and other water amenities are noted as open Fri-Sun, but were not turned on at all Fri / Sat... maybe they are on Sunday? - Pools were still great tho, never overcrowded & great for kids - The private beach is calm, great for kids with a reef protecting against huge waves - Stray dogs / cats on the grounds, friendly

Laura’s condo was spectacular my family of five enjoyed every minute of it. From waking up in the morning to going out on the balcony and watching the waves crash was probably my favorite part to start my day. The unit it self was very clean up to date and very homie from our home away from home. We stayed at another unit earlier in the week and we had groceries that were In The fridge we got ahold of Laura and she let us put our cold stuff in the fridge until we could get into the unit for check in which saved us hundreds of dollars so we didn’t have to throw our groceries away. She had her property manager Juan Carlos reach out to us and in 5 mins he got ahold of us and lets us put our things in the fridge. While we were there Juan Carlos would send us text messages where to eat and what there is to do on the island. Which was a hugh help for our first time. We had family game night every night because of the games that were provided. I can’t wait to book our next Christmas trip here

The complex is wonderful with many pools & sports available. Great for those traveling with children. This unit is a 3rd floor walk up beach front;spiral staircase to upper level that has half bath, living area with tv and door to rooftop & large gas grill. AC throughout. The ‘lazy river’ was closed for refurbishing. It is a far walk from unit so not an issue. Pools open till 1am. The beach is secluded with shaded areas which is very nice. The unit does not have wash clothes or laundry detergent. Kitchen had basic seasoning & coffee filters. In the closet there is large cooler(no wheels), 2 folding chairs, mini golf clubs/balls, a float, beach ball, arm floats and basketball/volley balls. There was an air pump which is useful. There is a small convenience store outside the gates & Walmart 20 minutes away. The town bakery is a must visit, it is one of the few places close to eat during the week. Location is in middle between luquillo & pinones beaches. Recommend rental car.

This apartment was absolutely beautiful. It is in a small town named Loiza about 35 mins from the airport in San Juan. El Verde is a must for the local cuisine. For my bud enthusiasts Puerto Rico only allows us to but edibles and vape cartridges however I found the locals were helpful ifyou talk to the right one😉 most ppl go for the cities but I recommend you venture further out to the caves and the different coasts. It's not a cheap place but there is plenty of free fun if you're an adventure seeker.

The place was absolutely perfect for our three kids (ages 6-8). We loved the variety of pool options, and access to the beach. Outdoor showers meant we could rinse off and not destroy the place with Bea k sand!The host was extremely responsive the whole time.

The place was good. We just had a minor problem finding where the condo was situated. It was a little confusing but finally found it. The gated community felt very safe and quiet. The condo is located in a local neighborhood which at first seemed a little sketchy but everyone was friendly. The location was a little further away which we anticipated so we rented a car. The condo had a lot of amenities for us to use. The beds were comfortable. The beach was literally connected to the property which was great.

I highly recommend using staying with Carlos. The host was very welcoming and easy to reach. The accommodations were immaculate and the location is very central to San Juan, Luquillo and El Yunque.

Unit was beautiful and well kept. There was bottled water, coffee, and some extra drinks when we arrived so we didn’t have to run out to the store first thing. Overall the complex is looking a little run down, but it was very quiet and off the beaten path which is what we were looking for. There is a small beach area which was perfect to have access without having to drive anywhere, but other beaches are close by if you want to do that. Being gated, we felt very secure, but we didn’t feel like the surrounding area was unsafe either. There is a bar directly next to the complex on the street that runs between it and the next one, and that got a little loud every night. We would stay again.

I did a last minute booking of this property after I was already in San Juan and Adriana was so helpful in getting my family’s details asap to get us checked in. The property was exactly as described, at ground level to the pool. Perfect location. The kids played in the pool every day, and it was awesome that we got beach towels to use (and washer/dryer!). Very short walk to the private beach (it’s a bit rocky but…right there), and the home came with beach toys and chairs, etc. The location is great to get to El Yunque, etc and you’re a short walk from very good restaurants. And finally, they were so kind to let us do a late checkout. Will absolutely stay here again.

Next time I come to Puerto Rico, I’ll definitely try to stay in the same place was very clean. Smelled good and close to everywhere. I wanted to go. The best part was the peacock. lol

The stay was everything we expected and more, a minor disappointment was the lack of hot water, it would come and go but I didn’t mind the cold showers because I was really sunburned. So it was overall the best place, beds comfy, house clean, peaceful area. Highly recommend.

Excellent communication from Eduardo before, during and after our stay. Beautiful well furnished condo. He had extras in the condo including beach chairs, towels, sunscreen, and other necessities. The condo was cozy and comfortable with ac in each room and tvs in each room which we were thankful for. The grill was nice when we decided to cook out. The views are absolutely amazing from all around inside the condo. The pool and beach are only steps away and the pool was super clean so we took advantage of both. We explored Loiza and ate at the restaurants. We never felt unsafe and were in a gated community with security. The condo had all the things we needed inside and out. The outdoor area has a picnic table and several chairs and tables which was nice. There are so many convenient places close to this condo such as restaurants and supermarkets. San Juan, El Yunque, Fajardo is a short distance away. Eduardo is an AWESOME host and we will definitely stay there again!! Thank you 😊

This property in Loiza was the perfect location to everything. good distance to lot of activities we wanted to do. It was very easy to find. The home inside was exactly as described. It was very nice to have chairs and beach towels to use for the beach! We visited many of the surrounding beaches but the beach that is right behind the property is very nice too. Super peaceful.

This is my second stay I was here back in April now September and coming back hopefully in December… The place is as described everything you need to be comfortable is available. The host is amazing as I left my gold bangle and she found it and mailed it to Nyc. I would definitely recommend and I will be back. Con mucho amor gracias Por todo

Our stay was comfortable, serene, and truly joyful. The breathtaking views made our getaway even more special. This was exactly what we needed, and it exceeded our expectations. We will definitely recommend this location for a relaxing family retreat. The kids especially loved the pool and golf! Cathy was a fantastic and attentive host from start to finish. She made us feel right at home, ensuring a hassle-free and smooth check-in process. The condo was spotless and well-maintained, adding to our overall enjoyment. We can’t wait to visit again!

She was so helpful! We went during a busy flight time and all of our flights were full! We had to stay three extra days and Martha was so accommodating and understanding. We would definitely stay again. It was kind of a hike from the airport but the area was secured and peaceful. The bnb is right by the beach but more of a spot for locals which we didn’t mind at all.

Joel was easy to communicate with. The condo was nice but just a little far from places we wanted to visit. All in all it was great.

Excelente estadía. El apartamento es justo lo que está publicado. Super cómodo y cuenta con todo para hacer de tu estadía una cómoda y placentera. Casa del Mar es bello, con unos alrededores impecables. El apartamento tiene vista al mar desde el balcón y llegas directo a la playa.
