This multi-level retreat offers brand-new furnishings, updated bathrooms, a private hot tub, and a charming barrel sauna. Relax by the fire pit, roast marshmallows, and stargaze with loved ones. Perfect for relaxation or adventure, this cabin provides the ideal setting for unforgettable memories, whether by the water or enjoying the peaceful views.

Cozy River House.

Delightful River House with beautiful views of the Tennessee River. Our kayaks are within walking distance to community boat ramp for exploring the river. 3 single kayaks and 1 double. On the main level, kitchen and living room, two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Lower level has family room, bedroom with twin bunk beds, 1 bathroom and laundry room. The way our house sits on the peninsula, not much boat parking. Our neighbor on Sertoma Drive owns Undercover Storage as an option for boat parking.

You will have a beautiful riverfront view from the back deck, but not direct river access from the property.
