Great place, stocked with everything you need. Good quiet location in Thao Dien but still close enough to walk to anywhere.

We loved our stay with Lucus. the apartment was perfect for what we wanted.

Loved staying at this comfy and intimate unit. Everything in terms of amenities feels so new and unique for District 4. Felt revitalized at the end of the trip! Two amazing outdoor pools and a sick gym. What more can you ask for?

I had a fantastic stay, it was lovely to relax and enjoy the beach and the rooftop pool. The people at the reception deck are so helpful. I totally recommend this say if you want a little break from HCMC

I had a wonderful stay at Joyce place! The home was cozy, well-equipped, and in a great location. Everything was spotless, and the attention to detail made it feel like a home away from home. Joyce was very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Overall it was a great stay. I stayed for 3 months total and David quickly addressed any issues that occured.

The apartment corresponds to the description and photos with a beautiful view of the city, there is a large swimming pool, a gym and much more on the territory, the house is located near the city center. There is everything you need nearby, a grocery store, a pharmacy, a massage. The owner of the apartment is very responsive and always in touch, we are very glad that we chose this particular apartment ❤️

The apartment is in a modern condo with an amazing rooftop pool and gym. In the surroundings you can find several bars and restaurants. The city center is 10 min away by Grab. Perfect for a short stay!

Fancy, cozy place. Extra small bedroom was very nice, where you could hide and relax. Apartment is in a shade and you don't get too much sun, while having amazing view over the airport's runway. Apartment is on 17th floor. We had very good sleep here every night. Very large balcony. Elevator waiting time is the biggest weakness - building itself is huge and during holidays you have to wait a bit extra. But you get nice coworking area, nice swimming pool and even gym (a bit crowdy and small, but you still have it, in case you don't want to go anywhere else). Shopping centre Lotte is near. Beach is near. Internet is "ok". - anyway - we had amazing stay for 1 month.

Amazing property and excellent location. Just a little walk to the beach and it’s beautiful and pristine. The Villa is stunning with lovely pool and barbecue. Rooms are spacious and quaint. Special mention to Vu who offered us great recommendations for local sight seeing and travel. He was always on the toes and diligently helpful. Our stay was comfortable and enjoyable because of Vu. We had a great stay here. Tan Bao was super responsive and the support staff also very helpful to organise transport and laundry services. The place is really well fitted out and the resort surroundings really are very lovely. Would stay again.

Nice modern villa in a quite and secured neighborhood. Host is very helpful, enthusiasm and fast response. Nga offered us free Airport picking up when we just arrived. Her co- host: Bao is very nice and helpful, he owns a seafood restaurant in town, with a lot of delicious Vietnames food. He delivered food for us eventhrough it was late at night. We definitely will come back to stay at Nga's villa on our next trip to Phu Quoc Island. Thanks lot to Nga and her staff.
