This luxury apartment is huge for the area in D1 with 24/7 security. the apartment is beautiful and quiet. The restroom can use a bit of remodeling. The gym was clean. The rooftop with city skyline view and pool was nice.

Everything as described, easy check-in and responsive host.

Highly recommended place and Charles is a great host, always helpful and responsive. The condo has everything you need for a pleasent stay including access to a pool area and a fitness room. Also close to a lot of local eateries and nice lake area great for running and biking.

The location was fantastic, making it easy to get around and explore the area. We really appreciated the thoughtful amenities provided, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We had a terrific stay! The place is fantastic: clean, bright, and comfortable. The common area and primary bedroom are especially roomy and the two smaller bedrooms are cozy. The neighborhood is fantastic and the location of the flat is ideal. The hosts were very responsive and so helpful. On an unexpectedly cold morning, I asked about extra blankets, which were delivered within the hour. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great location in Hanoi.

Good location near old quarter but a bit quieter away from the hustle and bustle! Very nice for a group of friends! Each room is on a different floor though , something to consider with big baggage. Otherwise host was very nice and accommodating! Highly recommend!

Ning’s place was outstanding, 20 minutes drive from airport Don Mueang, accessible to most prime locations in 20-30 minutes by grab, very quiet during night and fully equipped and furnished, kitchen you would not even have same equipment available at your own home, they’ve got everything, same with rooms and bathroom, all amenities and hotel standards. It’s top notch and highest quality a three bedroom you can find in Bangkok! Highly recommended and you would never regret going there, 💯 safe and secure, great neighborhood.

The location is perfect, and it is very easy to go anywhere. It is a high floor. There are many bars downstairs but no noise can be heard. The hygiene is more clean than I imagined, and the snacks are prepared very carefully. The landlord and housekeeper responded very promptly and any problems were solved immediately. I will stay here again next time. Highly recommended for 2 persons.

I've stayed in RaNee's condos previously, so I knew to expect a clean, comfortable and well maintained room. All her rooms that I've stayed in were very good. She is a very good host.

better than the photo, trust me. the sea view and the swimming pool is good. the gym is ok. a lot to use. the location is best for vacation, quiet in the evening and a lot of good food and convenience store here.

This was my second visit at The Base, Pattaya. The first time was last year. Both were very comfortable and enjoyable. Will come back next year and definitely will stay at Mickey's place.
