The accommodations were absolutely incredible. A lot of restaurants were within walking distance. I would highly recommend these accommodations to anyone.

Stuart has an amazing place. It has everything you need. Very short walk to the beach. The pool was an added plus. Everything was so well taken care of! I would definitely come back to stay here again!

Since the.momemt of my arrival it was absolutely peaceful smooth transition to vaction mode. The place was very neat clean relaxing i had tonfroce myself to go out because i rather stay and lounge around. Marias' beautiful garden of plants, flowers and orchids were so pleasant to sit among and soak up the sun. Maria truly was a gracious host Maria respects the privacy of her guest 100%. This place did not disappoint! The space was super cozy, and impeccably furnished! Love the Sebastian area, there are many places within walking distance, or better yet, just hang out on the common balcony and cook a burger! Brian was so responsive, and very accommodating! Looking forward to another get away in the future.

We loved our stay in the Octopus Suite! Very peaceful and quiet area and the private walk to the beach was fantastic and right outside. We enjoyed coffee at sunrise overlooking the ocean. Everything was clean, well decorated and we felt so comfortable and at home. The host really thought of everything we might need for our stay and was very responsive and friendly. Definitely would stay again!

The accommodations are just as advertised. We enjoyed this cute space. For those who are pickier-the only cons are the squeaky floor boards and thin walls (all to be expected with the age of the building). We unfortunately had neighbors who fought and had yelling kids. We will definitely consider this space on next visit. Hopefully we can come back when its warmer to use the pool and grill. looks nice! Thank you

The place was beautiful and everything we'd hope for our FL vacation! The location was perfect as we were right next to the beach (literally across the street) and walking distance to the downtown area. We enjoyed the space theme of the rental (especially our two boys who love space ships and rockets). Stuart was very helpful and responsive if you needed something or had a question. Awesome rental!!

This is our second visit and once again we loved it. They have everything you can possibly need for the perfect beach day. We are already planning our third visit.

It was an absolute gem 💎 of a place with greatly designed interior and the exterior, very well thought through with details for family on vacation. Communication with the host was immaculate, he was always responsive and available for any questions or needs. It is a place where one needs to stay as long as possible! Noticed the attention to details from the minute we entered the large private parking , inviting and well lit secured oasis, we felt stress melting away with every breaking wave hitting the sandy shores, the home is professionally staged all new home with all the dream accommodation you can dream off that a beach home should have, the host attention to details is world class kind and responsible best restaurant recommendations ever, the pool is amazing the hot tub , the path to the beach even the beach chairs and children’s beach toys are placed perfectly along the path, three wash station as you return from the sandy beach and the outdoor bath access makes this the ideal luxury family reunion with both homes are there for larger families to stay near each other, a true slice of heaven on Melbourne Beach .

This is the most gorgeous place!! Nestled in the cutest little area full of twisting trees and tropical foliage. It’s true you’ll feel like you are in Costa Rica!!! So much space to chill. Everything is in terrific shape and much attention to details and care. The bikes are like new and we enjoyed riding to the Jungle Trail - a must do. Well stocked kitchen and new appliances. There is a clawfoot tub in the upstairs bdrm that is set in front of French doors to a private patio which we opened while showering! Entire home and grounds super clean and well cared for. The location: it is closer to Sebastian/Wabasso and on the west side of A1A/Jimmy Buffet Hwy which makes for a sweet and quiet visit but you’ll need to cross this not too busy road with no crosswalk. The beach on this section is set high so there are 19 well built and easy steps down to the sand - very common. We loved it but something to be aware of. Vero Disney is super close. We cannot wait to come back!

Sergio’s house is absolutely amazing! Our family enjoyed absolutely everything about this home! It is very clean, spacious, well equipped, and the location is just perfect! Plenty of restaurants and stores close by. We enjoyed the pool, games, and of course the fire pit! For us it was a 10 out of 10! I most certainly will be back!

We were a family of 2 Grandparents, daughter & her husband & 5- and 2-year-old. Our first impressions were that this house was immaculate. We wanted a good size pool so that we could relax with the kids and have time to ourselves at nap time. The backyard is an oasis of relaxation. The neighborhood is private and quiet. We enjoy cooking and the kitchen had spices and pots and pans that we needed. The grill is immaculate. The beach is about a 2-minute drive. The beach is beautiful and there is no fee to go on the beach or park. The house is equipped with sand toys and even a wagon. They supplied us with a document on all the features of the house. It also explained the check in and checkout schedule. Many great recommendations of dinner venues. Lastly, we met Marc & Chelsi halfway through the week. I asked for a bigger pot to cook pasta, and they brought it right over. The question I also ask at the end of our stay, would we rent here again. Absolutely YES!

This is the second time that we have stayed at Vickie's property. It was as good as the first time. Very close and easy walking distance to the beach. The place is very clean and has everything that you need. Beds are very comfortable. We will definitely be staying here when we come back to the area.

This home was perfect for my group. We ranged in ages 3 to 35. The home was exactly how it was described and the hosts are amazing! There is a good restaurant walking distance from the home. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

A perfect and hassle-free stay after visiting KSC! The listing was easy to find and access. JJ’s place was beautifully designed, tastefully decorated, and absolutely spotless. Overall, an excellent value, wish we could have stayed longer.

We loved River Fly-In Condos! It is close to all the Space Coast destinations. We had two-day passes to Kennedy Space Center and the location was perfect. It is also close to downtown Cocoa which is full of restaurants and shops. The condo was very clean and spacious and had everything you could want to set up a temporary home for vacation. JJ was also very responsive when we had a slight issue with our door lock. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay. Garage parking and an elevator, nicely equipped. Good gym and a nice private pool area. Frankly a much better deal than any hotels in the area too.

The condo was beautiful! Great location, lots of close shopping, restaurants, and short drive to beach. Pool and hot tub were nice and clean, only downside being there weren’t any lounge chairs by the pool which was kinda strange. Condo was stocked w essentials needed. JJ was a very kind and responsive host. Would definitely recommend, we had an amazing time!

This was probably my favorite Airbnb thus far! The place was beautiful, spacious, perfect our family of 7. The view was amazing pf the water and airport. We got to watch planes take off and land often. The instructions were clear for everything, checking in and out were a breeze. We hope to return again. Thanks for the hospitality!
