Located right on historic Lincoln Highway(being a 10-min drive to I-35/Ames), this space offers restaurants, a walking trail, and a park all within walking distance. The 2 BR apartment has private parking a great amount of space to enjoy some R&R. The kitchen is furnished and includes a coffee maker. Each entrance has stairway access.

The guest bed is brand new. The living room has a 55” LG OLED 4k TV with a PlayStation 5. I have high-speed cable internet with cable through slingTV.
