My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, scientists (Oak Ridge National Lab is 3 /12 miles away), and fishermen (lake is close). We are located just 5 miles from historic Oak Ridge. Stoney Haven is just 2 1/2 miles from Hardin Valley Rd. where you will find eating places, unique stores, and Pellissippi State Community College. If you are into major shopping, Turkey Creek is only 8.4 miles away. 3 1/2 miles away is the Univ. of TN Arboretum. There you will find unique plants and trails.

This apartment is build in a basement. It has its own door, private bathroom, living room , big L couch, TV-tray set, TV, Roku with Netflix, cabinet with fridge, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, and a sink. Perfect for couples or families of four, we would love to host you on our property as you explore East Tennessee! Please note that we do live a farm friendly lifestyle. The cottage is located next to our personal cut flower garden and our 6 chickens free range our two acres.

Built in 2017 this craftsman style house has all new furnishings including top of the line kitchen appliances, king and queen beds, twin bed, toddler bed, PacknPlay for infants, two twin-size floor mattresses, a large sectional couch in the TV room, leather couch with power recliners in the sunroom and an Amish built large dining room table. Spacious yard and creek. Newly added landscaping with a fish pond surrounded by bird feeders. Park in attached garage.

Farm Stay Experience

Our place is a renovated, two bedroom, 1930's farmhouse on a working hobby farm. 28 Acres of farm land with animals accompany the house. A detached garage is home to Farm to Feast Knoxville and will have private dining parties through reservations only. This site is near the house but will host less than 24 people. Guests are ten minutes from Turkey Creek shopping and restaurants. Easily accessible to I40/Watt Rd. exit. NO SMOKING is allowed in the house.
