Kim was absolutely amazing as our host! She did everything possible to make us feel at home. And the freshly baked cookies were a bonus. The cottage itself was very cozy and cute. It gave off very vintage vibes which we loved. She’ll definitely be our go to whenever we pass through Childress for sure!

We had a wonderful stay! The home was very nice and had a beautiful outdoor area in the backyard. The kitchen was stocked with lots that made it easy to eat in. Lots of room to spread out!

What a lovely home my fur babies and I enjoyed in a very quaint Texas town. The house is absolutely lovely with a huge yard for fur babies. I highly recommend this home and the people in the town were so nice. I had some of the best briskfrom the little café down the road.

This place was perfect for the 3 couples that were here. The big extra space in the back was great, though we didn't get to use it this time. We would definitely recommend and plan to stay here again.

We stayed with our camper for a week. Great, quiet location only three minutes from Caprock Canyon State Park. Clean and level gravel Rv Site with full hookups. Great location for pets and kids. Our kids had a blast playing badminton and washers in the common area. Would definitely stay again. Tracy was a great host!

Lana's place was perfect; it was just what we needed for a quick overnight stay while traveling through the Panhandle. Lana was very responsive and did a great job describing how to get into the ranch. We arrived after dark and had no problem finding our way after following her instructions. The campsite was great, we felt very safe and secluded. We even had a quick campfire before bed. We didn't have the pleasure of meeting Lana but hope to be back to visit the Farm Store on our next drive through. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for an easy and safe place to spend the night!

Love this place! This is our second time staying. The proximity to Caprock Canyon is perfect. The grounds are very nice and well kept. We love all of the common areas and there was plenty of things for my kids to do. Highly recommend!

Had to leave early unexpectedly but it was very nice and clean!
