Herr Fatih und seine Gattin sind äußerst freundliche Gastgeber. Die Wohnung war in einwandfreiem Zustand – sauber, modern und sehr gemütlich. Die Wohnung war wie abgebildet auf den Fotos. Es gab keinerlei Mängel, und es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Alles war genauso, wie beschrieben – oder sogar besser! Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Gastgeber, die jederzeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit waren. Man hat sich wie zu Hause gefühlt! Die Umgebung ist ruhig und die Wohnung ist einer sehr noblen Gegend. Man braucht überhaupt kein Bedenken. Die Stadt von Kusadasi ist sehr gut erreichbar und in der Nähe gibt es gute Einkaufsmöglichkeit für Lebensmittel. Ich kann die Wohnung für einen Aufenthalt in Kusadasi wärmstens empfehlen und würde definitiv wenn ich wieder nach Kusadasi komme die Wohnung mieten! Jeder Cent Wert!

The place is a well laid out 2 bedroom apartment. It is really as nice as it looks in the pictures. The apartment is clean and has everything that you would need. The kitchen is well stocked. The location is just a few steps away from the waterfront. Dr. Hassan is a wonderful host. He is very responsive to queries. We would definitely stay at his place again.

This apartment is in a very convenient central location with an area of no more than a 10 minute walk you have the sea front promenade, rows of restaurants and cafes, convenience shops and the wider shopping district. The apartment is clean, tidy and well stocked. Everything you could need to make a full meal plus thoughtful extras like dishwasher plus the tablets, washing machine plus the liquid, ironing board and airer for wet clothes. The bed is comfy and there is plenty of wardrobe space. The balcony is superb with a view of the sea and the park and at night the lighting all around is lovely. Mustafa awaited our arrival (11.30 p.m.) and gave clear instructions about keys, how things worked and wifi etc, he's very nice and has good English, he was available if we needed anything at all. All round a very nice stay and much enjoyed.

Ev fotoğraflarda gözükenden çok daha iyi, müthiş bir manzaraya sahip, odalar geniş ve rahat, her odada koridorda dahi oda kokuları var, ev tertemiz ve mis gibi kokuyor, bulut bey çok ilgili daire işlek bir caddede bulunduğundan arabamızı park etmek için park yeri dahi tuttu bizim için, her şey için teşekkürler.

Evsahibi Huri hanim cok yardimci oldu. 4 arkadas rahat kaldik, yataklarin ayrilabilir olmasi avantajdi. Ev tertemizdi, balkon manzarali ve keyifliydi. Merkezde olmadigi icin araba gerekir.

Was für ein schöner Aufenthalt! Schon beim Ankommen haben wir uns total willkommen gefühlt – alles war liebevoll vorbereitet und super sauber. Die Unterkunft war richtig gemütlich, mit vielen kleinen Details, die gezeigt haben, wie viel Herz drinsteckt. Besonders schön war der persönliche Kontakt mit der Gastgeberin: freundlich, aufmerksam und immer hilfsbereit. Es hat sich eher wie ein Besuch bei Freunden angefühlt als wie eine klassische Unterkunft. Ganz lieben Dank – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! 💛

Tercih ettiğimiz için memnunuz herhangi bir problem ile karşılaşmadık. Evin konumu sanat sokağına yürüme mesafesinde. Toplu taşıma güzergahına yakın konumda olması aracı olmayanlar için ideal. Ev genel olarak temizdi. Mutfak ekipmanları yeterli eksik yok. Ümit bey ve ailesi ilgililer bunun için ayrıca teşekkür ederiz.

A private, peaceful location with a stunning view of the sea and surroundings, and the starry sky at night! The house is located in a private community. A car is highly recommended. There are many beaches, restaurants, and ancient sites within 20-40 minutes drive. Alperen was very kind and helpful, and we enjoyed our family stay.

the house was in a great spot with its proximity to seaside and shopping centers. Oya always responded to our inquiries. The only aspect to consider was the sea' s cleanliness depending on the wind since lots of trash might be carried to the shore. Thank you for your hospitality Oya ☺️

I had a fantastic stay at Gorkem's place! The neighborhood is incredibly peaceful and quite, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The access to the public beach was a highlight, and I loved the nearby private restaurants and cafes that provided lounge chairs and umbrellas for a comfortable day by the water. The location is convenient, with markets within walking distance, though be prepared for a few inclines on the way. The long seaside promenade was perfect for leisurely walks, offering stunning views and fresh air. The house itself is spacious and airy, with high ceilings that create a lovely atmosphere. It would be an added bonus if there were lounge chairs and umbrellas available at the home for convenience. Just a heads-up: the patio doors are glass, so be mindful when using them as you'll pass through screens and iron doors. I did notice a bit of an odor under the kitchen sink and cabinets, but it didn't significantly impact my stay. Gorkem was an incredibly kind and helpful host.

Konum çok güzel ,sessiz sakin bi plaji var (bizim konakladıgımız dönemden dolayi olabilir ) ,plajda yer bulmakta sorun yaşamiyorsunuz . Aksam terastan yakindaki mekanlardan gelen müzik eşliginde denizi izlemesi keyifli ,Sylvia da çok ilgili ,devamli iletisim halinde ,biz çok memnun ayrildik.

The apartment we stayed in was really beautiful with its view, my favorite is the sea view and pleasure, let's not forget the pool of course 😉 we had a very comfortable holiday. And we had a very good sleep, because the bed was chosen very well. We did not have any difficulty as it was the area we knew. I need a house like this too 😉 Thanks for everything Suzie. Maybe one day we'll see you again.

Fatih etJulia sont les meilleurs hôtes que vous pourrez trouver. Tout est fait pour se sentir bien. L'appartement est très propre et l'accès à la cuisine très facile. Julia parle un peu anglais et se met en quatre pour répondre à toutes les demandes. La rue est très calme et à moins d'une minute du métro Hatay (M1) et de tous les commerces, restaurants, cafés, boulangeries, marchands de fruits et légumes, banques, bureau de change. Vraiment très très bien situé. La vue de la terrasse est juste grandiose !

Wir haben zum ersten Mal über Airbnb gebucht. Ich muss sagen, es gab keine Probleme. Die Wohnung ist genauso, wie auf den Bildern zu sehen ist. Es war sehr sauber und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Es gibt auch einen Pool, der war auch sehr gepflegt und sauber. Eine klare 10 von 10 :)

The place was very nice, right in the center of old town Bazar which is the most beautiful area in Kuşadası I believe. Ayşegül was so sweet, nice and helpful. It was clean and nice, lots of bars and restaurants around to have fun. Plus it's close to the port. Definitely recommend it.
