We stayed at Tim’s place for a weekend away. It was calm and relaxing. Everything was great!

Staying at Erin and John's home was an absolute retreat! From our first communications to the closing up process, they were incredibly gracious, responsive, and helpful hosts. They were kind enough to allow flexible check-in and check-out times, they responded quickly to any questions, and they offered wonderful advice for how to spend our weekend. The space itself was just gorgeous. It was cozy and full of many thoughtful details that went above and beyond expected amenities. The location is perfect. It's secluded enough to feel private, but it is just steps away from the waterfront and restaurants. We would absolutely recommend the Ephraim House to anyone looking for a quiet but luxurious trip to Door County. We hope to be back!

We had the best time at the most beautiful location! Everything was perfect for a great ladies weekend on the water. Austin communicates quickly and easily, and everything was perfect from start to finish!

I had a fantastic stay at this property. They were incredibly welcoming and provided great local tips. The accommodation was comfortable and well-equipped. I would definitely stay here again. Only issue is this is quite costly and wall is attached to neighbor property so you can’t have music in your backyard after 10pm

One word. Amazing. Per usual everything was clean, super comfortable and we had the best time. Will always recommend this place. And will definitely come back whenever we make our way there again. I can’t tell you how accommodating Doug and Bonnie are. They are very communicative and super welcoming. 10/10!!!!!💛

Perfect place for our ‘Sister weekend’! Great location, great house, great time! Only (small) issue was that the foot noise from the second floor could easily be heard in the first floor bedrooms :/ We enjoyed our stay and will surely return!! :)
