Staying at Erin and John's home was an absolute retreat! From our first communications to the closing up process, they were incredibly gracious, responsive, and helpful hosts. They were kind enough to allow flexible check-in and check-out times, they responded quickly to any questions, and they offered wonderful advice for how to spend our weekend. The space itself was just gorgeous. It was cozy and full of many thoughtful details that went above and beyond expected amenities. The location is perfect. It's secluded enough to feel private, but it is just steps away from the waterfront and restaurants. We would absolutely recommend the Ephraim House to anyone looking for a quiet but luxurious trip to Door County. We hope to be back!

Walter and Steve were great hosts. His place was just as described. We had a very short stay, but it was comfortable and just what we needed.

The beach house was spacious! We loved the view and the calm of nature! We loved the recliners too. The backyard had a great fenced in area for the dogs to play and my kids loved playing on the cold beach. I didn’t cook but the cupboards were stocked! I can’t wait to come back this summer!

Excellent host, venue, and stay. This was our second time at one of Greg’s properties, and he is always fantastic to work with. He is responsive and cares that you have what you need in the cabin as well as have info to enjoy your time while you are staying there. There is so much to do - just starting with enjoying the large yard along the river, the deck, campfire area, and our favorite spot on the property - the creek. Yooperlites are a special find worth hunting for. We saw a Great Horned Owl, many deer, and within 10 minutes of the cabin we even saw a bear. We did a lot of fishing and kayaking both on the river/creek and at Boney Falls Basin, just 10 miles upriver. The cabin itself is cozy and has all the basics you need to make it a great home base. We cooked all our breakfasts and most dinners there. My husband really liked having the use of the grill. We enjoyed some tv before bed to wind down, and the wifi was strong throughout. I can’t say enough good things about our host!

One word. Amazing. Per usual everything was clean, super comfortable and we had the best time. Will always recommend this place. And will definitely come back whenever we make our way there again. I can’t tell you how accommodating Doug and Bonnie are. They are very communicative and super welcoming. 10/10!!!!!💛

Tricia and Tom were excellent hosts and very friendly. We were given all sorts of information pertaining to the locale, things needed to know about the house and what to see and do in our area. The house was beautifully decorated, clean and very comfy. We loved using the owner's pontoon boat. To quote my husband..."Nice boat!" We would love to come back for another stay!

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving stay at this beachfront home. The place was cozy and well-equipped, and the lake views made it memorable. It was a great place to relax and enjoy the holiday!

We enjoyed our stay. Everybody felt comfortable and at home in your place. Plenty of room, seating and wifi worked well.

I did not want to leave the comfortable nest of a bed that faces three windows overlooking ducks on the river. What a restful stop! Thanks!

We rented Denise’s place as a destination to get our family together to celebrate the 4th of July. Eight of us never felt on top of each other as there was more space than expected. The ground by the dock was shallow and sandy which was perfect. We really enjoyed our stay.

Brought my 1 1/2 year old lab and he had the time of his life running around the pond with us, great recommendations for food, 1 1/2 from Green Bay, 30 minutes from marinette, had a great time in the hot tub, can’t wait to come back

Home was exactly as pictured! The location was gorgeous, we woke up to deer in the yard which was a nice treat! Overall, the house was clean, well-maintained and stocked with pretty much anything we could have needed (flashlights, bug spray, coffee, breakfast bars/oatmeal, etc.). This would be a great spot if you're hunting in the area, as there is a fenced in area for dogs outside as well. Gorgeous outside space (front and back decks, fire pit and swinging bench, and river room). I definitely see us coming back to this spot if we're in the area again, as it's only about an hour from Munising.

We loved the little cabin with all its charm and had a great stay! It was so quiet and peaceful.
