This was a perfect place to stay for our family of five. We were in town for an event at the Convention Center, which is an easy one block walk away. Our children loved being able to play basketball indoors in the gym that renters have access to. The unit has been completely renovated very recently so it was very clean and basically brand-new.

Building staff was helpful and friendly. Apartment was clean, and had all of the listed amenities. Could’ve had a few more towels and blankets, but staff took care of it for us. I would book here again!

I stayed here during a short trip to Philly and honestly, it was exactly what I needed. The studio is super stylish, clean, and cozy, you can tell they really care about the details. The bed? A dream. I slept like a baby. I also loved having access to the lounges, yoga studio, and gym. It felt like staying at a boutique hotel, but with that "home" feeling. The building is quiet and everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. Bonus points for the artisan coffee and the fact that I could do laundry without leaving the unit (huge win!). Our stay was wonderful! If I could give more stars I would. The unit was just as advertised. It was very clean, great size, very comfortable, and most importantly very safe! A special key fob was needed to get into the building, to get into the garage, to go upstairs, and to access the common areas such as the workout room etc. Upon arrival we were short a bath towel, and contacted Abe and Shelly, they had one delivered later that day! Although there were not walkable restaurants, or activities in the immediate area, there is a train station less than a 10 minute walk that can take you wherever you might want to go. Additionally there are many cute towns in the area, such as Westfield that are a short drive. That being said, there is a Dollar General right next door that was very handy for a variety of needs!! It truly was a home away from home. Sadly due to a family emergency we had to leave a few days early. Abe and Shelly were very understanding, and were able to help us out!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay!! If you are not super picky or boujee, this place is for you. Price was AMAZING for how close we were to everything. Grocery, wine, diner & target within walking distance. This was our first time in Philly & we were very pleased with the location. There were some minor things that we personally didn’t care about but others might. Peeling of paint in shower, missing knob on one bathroom sink, smell in the hall way, little bit of a trek to get from garage to room, on corner of a busy street, had an issue with the washer…like I said minor things we didn’t mind! Otherwise, the host was very responsive. We had 2 toddlers with us & the noise outside was not an issue for them in regards to sleep. Make sure you watch the instruction video on how to get from the garage to the room. We were very turned around in the building until we watched the video!! When we come back to Philly we hope this place is available to rent again!!

We had a fantastic time staying at Frank and Angel's beautiful penthouse! The location was close to almost everywhere you'd wanted to go. Very clean, comfortable and well stocked with drinks and snacks or what you'd need after a long night crawling around philly (advil and coffee). Again thank you guys for your hospitality and the friendliness shown to my wife and I. We will be back.

The description for this Airbnb is very accurate. Please keep in mind that the description is very clear that this is a historic building...there is a degree of "city charm" that comes with that! The location is FANTASTIC, you can purchase groceries at Target, Sprouts or Giant so you have options for shopping...Dunkin and Starbucks are within just a minute of the front door if you don't care to do a pour over (provided) The host is also fantastic, we had a work emergency which required an extended stay and the host responded within just minutes I also had a question about what was required during departure and heard back within just minutes of my inquiry Enjoy feeling at home while taking in all the city has to offer --- will book again on next trip to Philly!!

Place was lovely and very private. Easy access to the room. Free parking was good for the area just make sure you follow directions as told to get to the main building.

I enjoyed my stay at this Airbnb, it was easy to check in and out, instructions were very clear, and Beth was very responsive when I had questions. I liked the area because of how convenient it was. when I wanted to go grocery shopping there were three different groceries stores right next to the building(Target, Giant, and Sprouts). I didn't have to travel far to get the stuff I needed. It was a nice place to retreat to after traversing the busy city all day. The building has a pretty big gym in the basement that I liked using to keep up with my morning jogs. The only thing that concerned me at first was a faint smell in the apartment. It wasn't a really bad smell it was more like a stagnant smell that went away when I opened a windows and sprayed some fabreez. Other than that I had a nice and comfortable stay at this Airbnb.

Stayed at Tristan's place for a show in fish town. Gorgeous place and excellent host!

Great place to stay for a vacation in Camden city

This large classic brick home was just what we needed. We would definitely book it again. And when we needed something the night we checked in, Val made a run to the grocery store and brought it to us, though it was almost midnight. Impressive!

Ben was generous by letting me stay here at this Airbnb and hosting myself and my cousins. It was exactly described and the home was way bigger than I thought it would be. I would recommend staying there for my next family function, and to really sit in the backyard and enjoy the scenery.

Perfect right down to the magnifying mirror in the bathroom which is always forgotten!!   Well appointed kitchen and beautiful home!    I’d recommend bringing extra towels if you use more than one. Loved the fans in the bedrooms too!

Absolutely amazing Airbnb! We had a big group of 15 and I was a little nervous about how we would fit but I had nothing to worry about. I would actually say the house is even nicer/more spacious than the photos. The host was super communicative and worked with us to coordinate check in as early as the cleaning schedule would allow. They also had cute amenities that I was not expecting like toothbrushes and face wipes etc. The location was also great - super walkable to everywhere we wanted to explore. Our group spent a lot of the weekend talking about wanting to come back to new hope - we would definitely book this Airbnb again if we do!
