Draper’s Safe and Cozy Blue-Door Cottage

With the Draper Blue-door Cottage, we have tried to create a safe, comfortable and homey environment for your family to enjoy! It includes many amenities including a kitchen with cooking pans, dishes, utensils, basic spices. We also provide a Keurig coffee pot and waffle maker. Bathrooms have a shampoo, conditioner and shower gel caddy. Although I have a no pet rule, I can make exceptions with requests who agree to pay an additional $75 cleaning fee.

Pennwood Guesthouse Basement Suite

Welcome to the Pennwood guesthouse. A newly renovated 3bedroom 1.5 bath basement unit that is centrally located in the heart of Meridian. Perfectly situated close to the freeway, shopping, dining and outdoor activities. Our spacious 1425 sqft home offers the ideal accommodation for your stay. The popular Village of Meridian is just 3 miles away, while downtown Boise and the airport are within easy reach at 10 miles respectively.

Come for the river view and stay for the relaxation. Our studio is a private, separate guesthouse just a few steps from the south channel of the Boise River. It overlooks the river, has private parking and a private entrance. This studio suite includes a king-size bed, a kitchenette, and a private outdoor patio on the river. The kitchenette includes a range, dishwasher, refrigerator, a portable washing machine, and dryer.
