The house is located is on one of the premier streets in the neighborhood. You can visit Downtown, The Short North, Italian Village, OSU all within a 5-10 minute drive. Rustic Treetop Apartment w/ Off Street Parking

This is a one-bedroom unit in a 3-unit building w/ 1 parking space. The space is completely separated from the other units in the building. The third floor living room and bedroom have a great view over the surrounding buildings. There is a spacious bathroom, with clean fresh towels, and some basic necessities, hair dryer, etc. The kitchen is new with a stove, refrigerator, and microwave. All kitchenware is supplied and some basic cooking items are provided. A drip coffeemaker is provided.
